vintage tmnt comic pack ins

Hello everyone,

I am trying to find a list of comic pack ins. I am not looking for reprints of the original comics but unique comics. So far I am aware of the Savage dragon cross over pack in, the warriors of the forgotten sewer and the Japanese toy insert comics w/ the instruction, and the comic that came with tmnt smash up.
