TMNT old school board game???
I remember there was some kind a TMNT game in the 80's where the turtles had a shiny ball in their bellies that allowed them to roll. Anyone know what it was called? They also had a couple other characters like Splinter and Casey? Anyway I'd really appreciate it!

I did (and do) own the Pizza Power one, though. It was a pretty straight-forward board game with cards to collect- only to get the cards you had to use the infamous "Battle Flipper." It was this rectangular plastic blue thing with three compartments and you had flip the die into the 1, 2, or 3 slot to earn a card with that ranking. It was silly but fun...I should play it again sometime...

I remember "Tower of Doom" fondly. It had a cool tower and a makeshift "sewer" system. You would drop the turtles down the tower for some reason (I think it was supposed to be an escape or something). I think you had to avoid getting stuck by the "swords."

Does ANYONE who is reading this have a working Tower of Doom?
We can work out the price via PM after I see some pics. Thanks! |

I used to have that Pizza Power game. It was probably a simple game, but I never learned how to play it. You could be a bunch of different characters though, couldn't you? I remember there was a bunch of cardboard stand ups to choose from.

You could just play as the four Turtles (who had more of a comic look in this game). It did feature April, Splinter, Shredder, Krang, Bebop, and Rocksteady on the cards, though.

Haha, yeah, I had that pizza power game. My brother and I played that a few times. It was alright. I don't remember if we actually wanted it or someone bought it for us as a gift. I seem to remember launching the die with the seesaw pretty far.

Since we're on the subject of ninja turtles games, not video games, does anyone remember a ninja turtles card game? All i can remember is playing cards with the turtles/villians as the king, queen, jack, ace, etc. but there were different card rules with the ninja turtles playing cards.

I had the Pizza Power game, a deck of TMNT playing cards, and... another card game that I shall have to describe because I do not remember the name of it.
It was a card game that came with a bunch of plastic shells. I think the rules required putting some cards beneath the shells for some reason. That's about all I remember, hehe. Anyone know what I'm talking about? EDIT: Oh, here's the Pizza Power game on Amazon for anyone who's interested. Man, I wish I still had mine, but I don't really want to spend the money on one of these. http://www.amazon.com/Teenage-Mutant.../dp/B000FN465M |

I still have my Pizza Power board game. It was fun... while it lasted. It kinda just got tucked in the closet, and it came back out when I started "re-collecting". I remember using the cards as reference on how to draw the characters.

Speaking of the art. Could anyone post some pictures of the artwork on the board and the cards? I've only seen it from strange angles on amazon or ebay.

The art on that board is pretty neat.
I have the starter deck for the TMNT card game that came out a few years ago. The game didn't last for very long. Never got any packs for the game. |

We have both of those. Well, my brother, rather. But I highly doubt he's into selling them.

I have this weird "3D" TMNT board game from the 90's. I could put a picture of it tomorrow or something.
