I loves space cases, and I rewatched it a few years ago and still held up as a geat sci-fi show for kids. It was a show that didn't appeal to me at all but one day watched it since there was nothing else and liked it. Definitely underrated.
I remember the Tomorrow People very vaguely and was a huge fan but it didn't air very often. I've never rewatched it since the synopsis on wikipedia makes it seem terrible. Are you afraid of the dark? I think everyone remembers and gets constant praise. It's pretty good for what it was and definitely scary for kids. I was never a big fan of Wild and Crazy kids or Double Dare but did love Legends of the Hidden Temple, Gutz and Figure it Out when it came to game shows. |

I can only hope they're in need of some past contestants, because...I would do this again in a heart beat!

I sort of was, yeah.
In the early nineties they took double dare on the road, this was right about the time they were building their theme park in Florida. After a couple of audition trials my family and I got to do an episode of Double Dare in a local sporting Arena. Marc and Robin were there, and we could all the way through the obstacle course with like 10 seconds to spare. And that is how I came to have a Sega Genesis.

I've never been a big fan of game shows, the only ones I've loved have been Nicks for the most part:
Legends of the Hidden Temple, Figure it Out and Global Guts. I was lucky enough that a Nickelodeon show used to come to the amusement park of my home town for a summer(or 2) where they had an event called "U Pick Nick and because I went so often I got to participate twice. The event was a mixture of the different game shows with each "round" being a different game from one of the many shows. I got to build the Silver Monkey, answer random Nick trivia, Solve a Nick Puzzles and got slimed! I used to go to Universal Studios Florida a lot but sadly I never saw a show being filmed let alone participate but it was always my dream so the U Pick Nick show was the next best thing. |

By the way, GUTS has already had a revival. I wonder how revivals would work for other games shows like Finders Keepers, Think Fast, Get the Picture, Nick Arcade, and Make the Grade. |
