The Golden Compass. The Subtle Knife. The Amber Spyglass.

Anybody read these books? I just finished the first two on audiobook and am most of the way through the last one. The BBC is developing the story into a miniseries which I think will premiere by the end of the year.

If you're into anti-authoritarianism or philosophy you'd probably like these books.

Also, having a daemon would be really ****ing cool
