I have to agree with snake and Powder that 2016 shouldn't be a punchline at this point. It's been the ugliest year for myself, but in general it's been a cesspool overall. Best for us to move past it come Sunday hopefully.

As for Carrie, damn. Just damn, I'm speechless. She was a good actress and brought a lot of memories. I hope she rests easy after what happened a few days ago; best regards to her family and those who knew her well.

She was always outspoken and while I disagreed with her complains I respected her for it. She didn't maintain the best shape but as she said, that's who she wanted to be so I think she's happier to have gone out living her life as she wanted rather than how people wanted her to. If it hadn't been for the Sequel Trilogy we might've lost her before since she had to lose weight for that. Hammil also improved a lot. I'm sure most people aren't thinking about it but her dog is really going to miss her,s he loved and brought him everywhere. Edit: man, I guess she thought about it ahead of time since her dog made it to her obituary,s he's awesome I would do the same.

If Princess Leia survives in Episode 8, They are gonna have to do some rewrites for Episode 9 on why she's not in it, One way would be for Leia having an off screen death, The other way would be that she's still alive, but only referenced in the movie.

Either way, the new films are going to have to acknowledge her passing at some point, So far Kylo Ren is the only connective tissue for Leia and Han Solo.
