Baron Draxum
Alright so what are you're impressions of this alleged main villain?
What I keep thinking is "Wow, that's basically Savanti Romero!". You do to, right? The goat legs and horns, the mystic connection, the goofy nature shining through the serious facade, defeated in a pretty humilating way quite quickly, etc. This guy is basically Savanti without the Time Travel.

Actually, i feel like draxum is more like that "lone" ancient guy in notes from the underground in a way. He certainly gives off that vibe of wanting to change people to his needs/desires.

Not much to say about him after only half an ep of screentime, but the voice acting from John Cena is good. Would like to learn more if he's the ruler of the entire underground city.

I mean, I guess I like him so far. I’m fairly certain that the season 1 arc ends with him becoming Shredder, but I could be wrong. Who knows with this series! John Cena voice acting is a major plus.

I... Don't see him being the same person as the Shredder... I imagine he'll get replaced by the Shredder though.

I like his voice, but that's the only thing I like about him so far.

Don’t see him as a threat at all.

The guy let April wander around his castle for a couple of hours while she checked out the place, only then to be a disadvantage in his OWN castle when the TMNT showed up and April gave them the low down on where all the weapons and good stuff was.
I like how he looks and his voice, though. |

So some people are saying Baron is a paedophile because he fancy the teenagers... (you know that scene with his googly eyes over them)
... I mean. Did he like em like that? Or are people just freakin’ out over nothing? |

Of course they are, because that's the new buzzword for things 4Chan edgelords don't like. I guess I should be happy that gay has finally be replaced? Or something.
I thought it was pretty clear that he thought they were beautiful because he's the one who made them, but that's just me.

I just thought maybe he’s from a dysfunctional background and he just saw them beautiful working together as a group. That’s just me.

This is how I saw it, too. He created them and he enjoyed seeing them again after so long. Remember when he said the ooze worked just as it had "years ago"? That told me that he made the Turtles, and even now it makes sense if they are different species if they were once human. Since we don't have an official origin story for the Turtles (and Splinter) yet, I'm going with the 'originally human' angle.

How's the summer going?
What grade will you be starting next year? And regardless of what the nice men told you at that meeting, there is no such thing as non disgusting pedophilia. Sex without consent is rape, and if you are under 18 then you are not legally capable of giving consent. Be careful out there.

Neutral on Draxum at this point. Not impressed so far, but will decide later once we've seen more.
Likewise I took that look from him at the Turtles as him possibly having created them and being impressed with the results years later. (Why do people have to jump to the most twisted conclusions now...) Kind of strange from a villain, but given his comment/question about why they're fighting him and they're all in this together, I don't think he was truly a villain to them yet in his perspective. Maybe he'll be a better villain once he is more of one. Once he realizes that the Turtles aren't cool with his belief that he's doing a good thing by mutating humans and want to stop him. The villain created you...well, there's some nice identity crisis for a later episode. lol Honestly, I will laugh my ass off if they throw another wrench at it and show that they were once a human family and THAT is how they're still related by blood, rather than by turtle species. (The Turtles too young to remember, but Splinter totally does and had that magic "M" compass-looking thing from time previously spent in that place.)
