An Idea to Make Eric Sacks as Shredder Completely Justified
Take the reincarnation angle by making Eric Sacks possess by the ghost of Oroku Saki.

What's the point? Saki's still alive, and sacks might not be coming back in this universe. Before this I would've agreed though.
At this point, I'd just mke Schs a disguised Baxter or Krang, or turn him into the rat king.

If they want Sacks as Shredder then they could kill Saki in 2 and have Sack's take up his mentor's mantle in 3. Might be good to actually get some of that cycle of violence into the films since it was completely missing in this one.
