The 12 tasks of Asterix. It's been a while since I watched some Asterix, great as always.

Alien: Covenant - I saw this on Wednesday. It sucked! Everybody in the movie is stupid and the story doesn't even try to make me care about anyone. First I thought the gore effects could save the movie, but they get toned down really fast. It's just a bad slasher/sci-fi movie.

edit: If you are morbidly fond of Michael Fassbender, then you might like it.

I watched Jackass the Movie, hadn't watched the movie since it had been in theaters and the show even longer than that. I grew out of it and never watched any of the spin-offs but I used to love the show, got a huge nostalgia rush.

Saw almost the entirety of The Evil Dead. Skipped some scenes because I didn't have enough time. I liked it. The effects were well done for its time. Although the camera work seemed a bit shakey and weird at times, I think that was more a stylistic decision than unprofessionalism.

I know I'll enjoy it more whenever I have enough time to see it all and take it all in.

Alien: Convenant. Loved it. Felt very much like the original Alien with hints of Prometheus mixed in; probably what fans wanted from Prometheus in the first place.

And before AT-Man accuses me of being easy to please or something, that is not the case.

No, just the first one.
Why, is that one really good?

Army of Darkness is loved and disliked by the fans

Fans like it because it gives us the Ash we all know and love the bumbling Idiot asshole who only thinks for himself. While others hate it because its more an Action Adventure Comedy as opposed to a Horror Comedy Like Evil Dead 2 or Straight up horror like Evil Dead 1

I personally love Army Of Darkness because of the reason I listed above its the movie that makes Ash awesome.

Executive Decision which was like Harrison Ford's "Air Force One" but with Kurt Russel. Steven Seagal is in the movie and the cover like he's a major co-star and he gets killed off in the first 20 minutes.

Wow. I can't imagine how much that shocked movie goers back in the day expecting it to be another Steven Seagal film and he's done away at the very beginning of the movie as Kurt Russel is the lead.

I've never heard of anyone "hating" Army of Darkness. Just because it's more of an action comedy than the first 2, doesn't mean it isn't good.

Love that movie. I didn't know who Kiefer Sutherland was when I first watched it. Then I watched 24 and then watched Phonebooth again. Recognised his voice immediately.

Picked up Logan on bluray a couple of days ago and we watched it last night. Might make a drinking game out of the head-stabs in this one lol! I may watch the Noir version at some point, but it was just as good the second time.

Make sure to watch the sequel Escape from LA and Kurt Russel reprises his role as Snake. It's much worse than the first one, but still fun to watch in a cheesy way. The ending is also fantastic.

I agree, it's totally worth watching.

I just saw Dracula Untold. It had a few nice emotional parts and an alright finale.
