Mistakes:
1. When Leonardo searches for Michelangelo alone, he's colored as Raphael.

3. Leonardo grunted in Raphael's voice when he attacked the Shogun with his staff.
4. When Leonardo used his katana to destroy the robot's control unit, it looked like a safety katana.
5. Even though Medieval warriors carried broadswords in that era, Michelangelo took a katana into the Medieval zone.
6. While Donatello and Raphael fight the robots in the final battle in front of Irma and Vernon, Raphael becomes Leonardo.

Catchphrase/Insult Countdown:

11. Krang's Android's hands are flesh colored when he and his Rock Soldiers march towards city hall.
12. Krang's Android hands are flesh colored when he stands in front of Burne and Vernon inside the Channel 6 building. Plus, the triangle above Krang is upside down, pointing upwards.

Mistake:
On the closing credits for this season and next, under the Voice Talent section, Renae Jacobs is incorrectly spelled Renae Jacbos.

Notables:

When the evil Shredder attacks
Turtles Fight Back!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (3x)

9. First appearance of the Hall of Science building.
10. For the rest of the series, the Turtles' Lair is dominated by a color scheme of violet bricks and aqua floors and couch. Their living room now has a white tiled floor.

None in this episode.

Wacky Inventions:
1. The Intruder Tranquilizer Scan System
2. The Dreggnaught's Virtual Reality Simulator
3. The Subspace Amplification Chip
4. Mung's Invasion Robot Cops

Kidnapping:
The Turtles are trapped in four cylindrical laser cells similar to April's after Dregg uses the Turtles' Ninja powers on them.

Notables:
1. An extra Krang is seen on Dregg's head as Shredder and the real Krang try to escape via the Vortex Transporter. This idea becomes more well known in the 2003 4kids series where the Shredder is protected by a Utrom.
2. Unlike in "Once Upon a Time Machine" which consisted of Turtles from the present and the future, this episode and the next consist of Turtles from the present and from the past. This idea would later be exposed in the 2009 Made-For-TV movie Turtles Forever.
3. This episode consists of a flashback scene from the episode "Turtle Trek", and the theme from the outro of "Planet of the Turtleoids" and the alternative Technodrome theme briefly play. It is also the first appearance of the Technodrome since "Turtle Trek", though it is set in the past during that particular episode.

Mistakes:
1. The large car that the Globefather's gangsters are driving to chase Ronnie is colored blue instead of gray in one shot.

Catchphrase/Insult Countdown:
1. The Turtles say "Turtle Power" as they crash through the skylight into Dr. Huxley's lab.

Cam Clarke: Leonardo, Mung
Townsend Coleman: Michelangelo
Barry Gordon: Donatello
Michael Gough: Raphael
Renae Jacobs: April O'Neil
Tony Jay: Lord Dregg
Peter Renaday: Splinter, News Reporter

Mistakes:
1. When Leonardo tries to grab Donatello's hand after he is grabbed by a monster, his arm band is colored red like Raphael.
2. Leonardo is colored like Raphael when he tries to break free from a rock on the rock planet and says that the rock is like steel.

Catchphrase/Insult Countdown:
1. Dregg calls Splinter a meddling rat when he tries to escape him after falling into the Dreggnaught's control room. After he escapes, Dregg calls him a fool.
2. Dregg calls Splinter a fool when he activates the Vortex Transporter to bring the Turtles to the Dreggnaught.
3. Dregg calls Leonardo a fool after he destroys the Vortex Transporter's controls.

Pop Culture References:
1. The episode title is in reference to the 1951 film The Day the Earth Stood Still.
2. Raphael says that he wouldn't feel safe through Donatello's portal if he was a Crash Dummy.
3. Michelangelo asks the monster for a double Turtle whopper with secret sauce, in reference to Burger King's Whopper sandwich.

Fourth Wall Breaking Humor:

Wacky Inventions:
1. Dregg's Paratroopin' Robots
2. The new Vortex Transporter. It is very similar in design to the original.
3. The Transporter Override Controls
4. Donatello's Plasma Dampers

Kidnappings:
None in this episode.

Notables:
1. Final appearance of the Dreggnaught.
2. This episode was originally released onto DVD in 2004 on the Volume 1 disc containing the first five episodes and is billed as one of the four "Never seen bonus episodes", even though it originally aired in 1996.
3. The sky is blue on Earth throughout this episode.
4. There is a set of hologram Turtles in the opening scene.

Episode 193: Divide and Conquer
Written by: Jeffrey Scott

Voice Cast:
Cam Clarke: Leonardo, Mung
Townsend Coleman: Michelangelo, Scaly Android Alien
Barry Gordon: Donatello, Blue Dimension X Alien
Michael Gough: Raphael
Renae Jacobs: April O'Neil, Blue Android Alien
Tony Jay: Lord Dregg
Peter Renaday: Splinter, Orange Dimension X Alien
Unknown Voice Actor: Pink Dimension X Alien

Mistakes:
1. The Technodrome is seen on a short hill, but the last time it appeared in "Turtle Trek", it was pulled into a hole by a ground monster.
2. April didn't recognize Krang's android body, but she's seen it many times throughout the series.
3. In "Shredder & Splintered", Donatello knocked out the crystal to the molecular amplification unit that allows the body to expand and contract, which it does do in this episode.
4. An alien stole Leonardo's belt early in the episode, but when he is seen in the Turtle Van, it reappears.
5. Krang's Android Body is much taller than Dregg when it is first powered up, but it is only slightly taller than him just a few seconds later, and its size is inconsistent throughout the battle. This is proven by the shots comparing the crane and Dregg, remaining the same throughout the battle. Also, the Turtles inside the suit are very small in some shots, even though Krang grew in size with its amplification.
6. The four-armed shapeshifter only battled the Turtles for 30 seconds despite not passing Dregg's requirement of 90 seconds in terms of being chosen for being his best warrior.
7. When the Turtles in Donatello's Lab talk about why the aliens are attack them, Leonardo is first seen at the computer. After Michelangelo's Turtlecom conversation with April, Donatello is seen at the computer.
8. When Leonardo tells the Turtles to head into the sewers when he tries to stop Dregg, he opens a sewer cover and the Turtles go inside. But Leonardo then cuts a water main and goes into the same manhole cover for a second time.
9. Dregg was able to walk on wooden floors despite spraying them with liquid nitrogen, and should have fallen well before Leonardo destroyed the floors.
10. Donatello says that Raphael and Michelangelo have five seconds left in the suit before it explodes, but approximately 15 seconds pass before the suit shrinks.
11. The Technodrome's portal is operating normally, but in the scope of "Turtle Trek", Shredder and Krang's two-year absence between appearances is pointless.
12. The front bumper surrounding the teeth of the Turtle Van is brown instead of green as Leonardo, Raphael, and April jump in and drive away.
13. After defeating Dregg, the stop sign in the Turtles' Lair has red letters on a silver blue background.

Catchphrase/Insult Countdown:
1. Michelangelo says Cowabunga right before the Turtle Van drives off the road and over a cliff.
2. Dregg calls Mung a fool after he says that Microbots will cause the best solution to conquering Earth.
3. Dregg says that he's ready to destroy those repugnant reptiles after he uses the powers of the Morphogenesis Exoskeleton.
4. Dregg calls the Turtles foolish little beings as the Turtles try to save Donatello from the giant chain hook.
5. Michelangelo says Cowabunga as he and Donatello jump through the portal back to Earth with Krang's Android Body.
6. Dregg calls the Turtles fools as he arises from a pile of cars and knocks down the Android Body.

Pop Culture References:
1. The episode title is in reference to the Why We Fight World War II newsreel.
2. During the battle with Lord Dregg, Raphael mentions King Kong.
3. The Liquid Nitrogen weapon was heavily used in the 1980s Transformers cartoon, where it is used by the character Ironhide.
4. Splinter explains to the Turtles the Flying Claw technique, which originated in China during the Sui dynasty and is used to ensnare a foe and throw him off balance.
5. Raphael wishes Dregg could grant him a two-week paid vacation to Hawaii.
6. Leonardo tells Dregg that he's "Walking on Thin Ice", a 1981 New Wave song by Yoko Ono right before he falls through the floor of April's apartment.
7. Michelangelo calls the Orange Dimension X alien Tin Man after the Wizard of Oz character when he asks him for the Technodrome's portal.

Fourth Wall Breaking Humor:
Michelangelo asks Donatello in English about how the gravitational stress on the Android Body's atoms will cause it to collapse.

Wacky Inventions:
1. The Turtle Van's Parachute
2. Dregg's Morphogenesis Exoskeleton
3. The Liquid Nitrogen Spray

Kidnapping:
Dregg goes right through April's computer monitor, grabs and ties her up to a chair in her apartment.

Notables:
1. Series finale. The reason for the series' end is not due to sagging ratings or poor merchandise sales but due to network television Educational and Informational (E/I) requirement, in which TMNT does not provide enough of.
2. It is unknown who or whay caused the portal to allow Michelangelo and Donatello to push Krang's Android Body and Dregg back to Dimension X.
3. When the ruins of the Technodrome are shown, a variant of the familiar background music is played.
4. Krang's Android Body and the ruins of the Technodrome make one final appearance.
5. The final line in the series is spoken by Raphael, about making a dig at Donatello cooking popcorn.
6. According to Raphael, seven aliens attacked the Turtles in Dregg's contest, not including Dregg himself. It is assumed that two of the aliens fared poorly in their battle with the Turtles since Dregg absorbed five of the aliens.
7. Shredder and Krang are mentioned but do not appear in this episode.

Well, the end of the journey has come, and I hope this project provides a great resource for all TMNT fans in the universe when enjoying the original series. And this thread is no longer just "an attempt", the attempt has been successful. Turtle Power!

Great stuff here. I don't know if anybody else already did this but I would like to point out that the title to episode 8 is most likely a reference to the 1955 movie "It Came from Beneath the Sea".

April dresses like a 17th-century noblewoman right out of the novel, and shows a copy of this book. Various quotes from the book are said, mainly by Leonardo. Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo are costumed as Athos, Porthos, and Aramis.

Fourth Wall Breaking Humor:
Michelangelo says that he feels so corny talking like a Musketeer as the Turtles come to battle, right before Leonardo's "spell" wears off.

Wacky Invention:
Krang's Imperbium Generator

Kidnappings:
1. Irma is kidnapped by Shredder because she has the Star of Brazil diamond that he's seeking.
2. April is kidnapped by Shredder as she tries to rescue Irma, and becomes his slave.

Notables:
1. The first episode in which Krang's android body is shown to move by itself, meaning it has an autopilot setting.
2. The Foot Soldiers in this episode have a yellow Foot Clan symbol on their heads instead of the standard red.
3. The first appearance of the Channel 6 News Copter.
It should be ImperVium, as in ImperVious to pain, as in invincible... Imperbious is not a word...

Barry Gordon: Donatello, Bebop
Renae Jacobs: April O’Neil, Boy Dressed with Rabbit Ears
Rob Paulsen: Raphael
Peter Renaday: Splinter
Unknown Voice Actor: Dr. Rufus Winterbottom, Gas Station Worker

Mistakes:
1. When Leonardo uses the sewer pipe's door to protect himself from Usagi's attacks, his "L" is a Season 2-styled white.
2. Donatello says "I have an idea" in Leonardo's voice.
3. When Usagi is tossed onto the mall fountain's floor, Raphael speaks in Leonardo's voice.
4. Krang's eyes are white instead of purple on the final shot of the first Technodrome scene.
5. Usagi's eyes have a white schlera isntead of yellow right before he jumps up and cuts the sewer pipe with his sword.
6. Rocksteady's eyes are white instead of yellow as he and Bebop exit the fireworks factory.
7. Rocksteady's eyes are again white instead of yellow as Shredder says "swear eternal loyalty to me" to Usagi.

Catchphrase/Insult Countdown:
1. Shredder calls Usagi a blasted rabbit on his first appearance in this episode.
2. Shredder calls Rocksteady and Bebop imbeciles after they come out of the transport module.
3. Shredder calls Rocksteady and Bebop zeroes while they are in the alley near the Animal Society.
4. Shredder tells Usagi's task is to "destroy the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." Shredder than tells Usagi if he loses the duel with him to "destroy the Turtles." Upon Usagi's defeat, Shredder reaffirms him to destroy the Turtles.
5. Michelangelo says "Cowabunga dude" after Donatello launches the fireworks.
6. Shredder calls Rocksteady and Bebop brainless hulks when he tells them that it isn't an abandoned warehouse.

Pizza References:
1. Michelangelo brings three pepperoni pizzas into Donatello's lab and says "It's pizza time".
2. A moment later, Raphael says to Donatello "too busy for pizza?"
3. A man delivers Michelangelo a pizza at the end and he explains to Usagi exactly what that food its.

Pop Culture References:
1. The title of this episode is in reference to the 1943 movie Lassie Come Home.
2. Raphael warns Donatello not to use his portal to tune into a wrestling match by mistake.
3. When the alien movie comes on Donatello's portal, Michelangelo believes he is watching "The Planet of the Rubber Bands", a spoof on the 1968 movie "Planet of the Apes". This would also inspire the title of two future episodes in this series, "Planet of the Turtles" and "Planet of the Turtleoids".
4. Michelangelo is seen playing Jacks in the training room when Donatello gives up.
5. Bebop says the famous Bugs Bunny "What's Up, Doc?" as he points his gun at Dr. Winterbottom.

Fourth Wall Breaking Humor:
1. Krang says to Shredder "watching reruns of your old failures" near the start of the episode.
2. Shredder said that he had to open his big mouth after the transport module door falls and makes him scream.
3. Michelangelo says that he always wanted to be on TV as he fools Usagi on all those TV monitors.
4. In response to Pop Culture Reference No. 5 listed above, Bebop says "I always wanted to say that".

Wacky Inventions:
1. Bebop's powerful magnet
2. Rocksteady's toy robot
3. The extreme energy boosting formula

Kidnapping:
Shredder, Rocksteady, and Bebop kidnap Obento, and is found bound and gagged at an abandoned warehouse.

Notable:
Final appearance of Usagi Yojimbo.

Episode 53: The Making of Metalhead
Written by: Michael Reaves

Voice Cast:
Cam Clarke: Leonardo, Rocksteady
Townsend Coleman: Michelangelo
Pat Fraley: Krang, Burne Thompson
Barry Gordon: Donatello, Bebop
Dorian Harewood: Shredder
Renae Jacobs: April O’Neil
Rob Paulsen: Raphael
Peter Renaday: Splinter, Vernon Fenwick
Unknown Voice Actor: Megatech Security Guard
Various Voice Actors: Metalhead (originally Dorian Harewood (Shredder), than after its reprogrammed, in order of appearance, Townsend Coleman (Michelangelo), Rob Paulsen (Raphael), Cam Clarke (Leonardo), Barry Gordon (Donatello), and in the final battle, Pat Fraley (Krang).

Mistakes:
1. Bebop's Com Link was rectangular in shape when he was contacted by Shredder near the start of the episode.
2. Rocksteady's eyes are white instead of yellow after he and Bebop are thrown to the wall by Metalhead.
3. How did Metalhead get Krang's voice?

Catchphrase/Insult Countdown:
1. Shredder calls Bebop and Rocksteady cretins shortly after they reach the surface.
2. After the alarm at Megatech sounds, Shredder is impatient for the blasted turtles.
3. Krang tells Metalhead to seek and destroy the Turtles.
4. The Turtles say "Turtles Fight With Honor" in their first fight with Metalhead.
5. Shredder calls Rocksteady and Bebop idiots after a splash of water gets Shredder wet.
6. Shredder calls Bebop a fool and an idiot as he shoots at Metalhead.

Pizza References:
1. Michelangelo wanted a tea and toast pizza instead of chicken soup that April gives him.
2. Bebop wants to order pizza and not pay for it as he and Rocksteady are carrying sacks of money.
3. Vinnie's Pizzeria's billboard next to the Channel 6 building is visible.

Pop Culture References:
1. The Turtles in this episode are sick with Turtlepox, a parody on the human Chicken Pox disease.
2. Rocksteady says "If I only had a brain" on the first street scene, in reference to the Wizard of Oz's scarecrow quote.
3. Bebop says "Hit the road Jack" to the Megatech security guard in reference to the 1961 Ray Charles song.
4. Another "What's up boss" by Bebop in reference to Bugs Bunny's "What's up Doc?" (see Mistake No. 1)
5. As April peeks above the sewer cover into the financial district, she says "Just when you thought it was safe to come out of the sewers", in reference to the tagline from the 1975 movie Jaws.
6. As the Brainalyzer affects the Turtles, Michelangelo describes it as a heavy metal concert going on in his head.
7. When Metalhead speaks as Raphael, he wonders if the decorator of the Turtles' Lair is the Phantom of the Opera, the title character of the 1987 musical.
8. Raphael says "there goes the neighborhood", popularized in the 1970 movie Watermelon Man as Metalhead senses Shredder approaching the lair.
9. Michelangelo says "Catch us if you Can" while on his Cheapskate in pursuit of Shredder, a possible reference to the 1965 Dave Clark Five song.
10. Near the end, Donatello says that he created Metalhead as a Frankenstein.

Fourth Wall Breaking Humor:
While being gagged by Metalhead, Raphael says to Donatello "Want to run by that one more time, Donatello?"

Wacky Inventions:
1. Metalhead himself, including its remote camera
2. Krang's Brainalyzer
3. The laser beam from Channel 6's satellite dish

Notables:
1. First appearance of Metalhead. This is not the same Metal Head character from Justice Force.
2. The tension theme cue plays right before the second commercial break, but after the break, it turns out to be just a reprogrammed Metalhead by Donatello. This is the first time in the series that such tension at the end of an act turns out to be just a joke rather than an enemy attack.
3. Bebop and Rocksteady (with Shredder) get covered in cement by a truck for the first time since Shreddered and Splintered.

See Making of Metalhead... I added a mistake.

Jennifer Darling: Irma Langinstein
Pat Fraley: Krang, Burne Thompson, Jewelry Store Ownder
Renae Jacobs: April O’Neil
Rob Paulsen: Raphael
Peter Renaday: Splinter, Vernon Fenwick

Mistakes:
1. If Leonardo thinks he's D'Artagnan, then he should be speaking in a French accent, not an English one.
2. When Krang gives his flackback about transporting the Imperbuim with other Krangezoids, he is still a brain along with other Krangezoids, but he had a humanoid body before being exiled to Earth, where he then removed it.
3. Right as Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady get into the transport module, they all look for the Imperbium Gem, and Rocksteady is holding the little generator for it, but the Gem is already on the generator.
4. The teeth grille on the Turtle Van's bumper was not present when Michelangelo told Donatello to come to the parade.

Catchphrase Countdown:
1. While Krang is protected by the Imperbium's shield, he says "I am invincible!"
2. Donatello calls Shredder "Tin Grin" right as he attacks him with his bo to the transport module.

Pizza References:
1. The Turtles are eating grape jelly pizza as they watch "Revenge of the Polkadot Slime, Part 5".
2. Michelangelo tells Leonardo to "wake up and smell the pizza" while he is fainted in the jewelry store.

Pop Culture References:
