the plastic scent on vintage turtle toys.. does it bother youh

hello all
when buying the vintage playmates figures ive noticed sometimes inckuding my friends toys there is a possible smell of plastic or aroma

does that bother you when collecting
and how loose or tight do you prefer your toys? i dont mind loose as long as all joints move and work properly

i should b typing this when not walking dog and on phone lol
