Lol- why would anyone want that? I would think it would be worth less than a non-error one, since it was just an assembly mistake. Idk though- I've seen weirder things sell for more...

I think it's the mentality that they can just find one sucker at their BIN price. More often than not, the item just sits there forever. It's hard to find deals these days with BIN listings, however there are still deals to be had with auction listings.

ebay has been a disappointment to me for the last few years. nothing good coming out...and if we do get lucky and see a good TMNT item, it sells for probably double the price. =/

I seen this a few weeks ago and it must not of sold and been put back, but they list it as "rare orange kimono". Couldn't find anything about an orange kimono ever being sold with the figure and it just looks like a random piece of cloth someone cut a hole in and put on the figure.

somebody did a decent job of making it look like the original but nope. general rule of thumb if you cannot find anything about it on the internet chances are somebody is trying to pass it off

Appears to be home-made or bootleg. The figure itself seems like it could be a well-made knockoff, the seam on his head is way more pronounced than it ought to be, I think.

After looking through his listings, he's got bootleg Movie Star TMNT up & calling them "replicas", rather than what they are; fake. So that's confirmation to me.
