"The Slayer" is kind of catchy, I guess. But my guess is they'd want to associate it as close as possible to "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

Joss Whedon doesn't deserve to have anymore opportunities that have been (or will be) available to him; he's just going to take advantage of them.

Why would they promote him? I just don't understand it.

Because, talented people deserve opportunities as well as chance for redemption, if they had committed some offences?

Or do you think that people in jail should never see the freedom again?

I've been thinking about this since you've posted it, especially in light of the James Gunn situation. It does raise a good question. I always just assumed those people are stuck in their ways and have made up their mind, but that's unfair of me. I wonder where they draw the line and what they need to do to make amends to these people?

It seems that nothing could redeem those people to the certain crowds, short of death. Preferably cruel one. Very compassionate and emphatic.
