Climate activists attack Stonhenge

The prehistoric structure of Stonhenge in England, United Kingdom was sprayed with powder by climate activists today, Wednesday. British police arrested at least two of the activists for damaging the Stone Age monument.

Stonehenge was built in phases between 3100 BC and 1600 BC, and is supposed to have been used as a temple, a burial site or an astronomical calendar. It was classified a United Nations World Heritage Site in 1986.

Now how is doing that going to get their message out about climate change? All they did was made total assholes of themselves! So as usual the liberal left has no respect for anything good; they have to ruin something just to make a point. These are also the same morons that deface old famous paintings at the Louvre museum!

Can we stop with the knee-jerk "liberal left" nonsense. The vast majority of us who lean that way no doubt agee that these people need to burn. People who destroy very old historic things like this, not to mention entirely unrelated to their "cause," need to gtfo this planet. Harming something like this, throwing paint at priceless art, and other antics that accomplishes nothing is never justified. Anyone who cares so little about the importance of it and are unbothered by doing that are deeply, disgustingly selfish. As a far-right winger, I agree. Well written.

As for the issue at hand, I believe in climate change and I think its serious. I also think protests are effective and can make real change.

But the way this specific protest was conducted plays right into the hand of people who don't believe in climate change.
