This is not the same Donnie head as the one in that bullet bandolier picture a few posts back, right? This one (the one used in the TurtleDoc) in much better shape.

Both of those suites still belong to their original owners. The Leo thy Kevin has there is in horrible shape. We shot both for the doc. The Don is in better shape but they don't last forever.

It's just heartbreaking to see how badly they deteorate...

I wonder what the main reason is... Were they poorly handled or protected from the elements in the last twenty+ years?
I've seen some Gremlins 2 animatronics from the same year and most of them still look amazing with only minimal wear...

Really is a shame that they weren't taken better care of. I know the foam latex will deteriate, but still...

I agree with both of you. It's sad to see them like that.
They should be restored like the Leo one by TomSpina.
But, you know, at least there is still SOMETHING.

Amazing prop I wish it was in better condition but foam latex doesn't last. I can tell this is a Donny stunt head from the first film I am still curious what material was used for the headbands, can the owner of this head please let me know?

This could be in the wrong thread, and if so I'm sorry. (new here) Does anyone know any where that sells reproductions of April's Drawings? I've always wanted those.

Have you guys seen this?

There're a TGRI canister, a set of weapons and April's sketch of Leo from the first movie. Not sure if these are movie props or recreations.

The weapons are movie props - the dress weapons the turtles used in movies I & II. The jury is still out on the canister and April's sketch, but I have a pretty good feeling they are real, too.

Raph Statue

You are correct. I have since found out that it is one of those costumes that has been foam filled to create a life size statue.

The user a couple of posts up bought an estate that contained them and the other Turtles weapons, amoungst other Turtles paraphernalia, I believe. The other weapons were sold along with mine, to other buyers.
