The cool thing is the rhythm Mikey was trying to make with his nunchucks there even sounded a little like it did in the movie. He didn't get very far though, sadly. Seriously, what is the fascination with making Raphael such a grump? It's one thing to give him a short fuse, but to have him constantly agitated over anything his brothers say or do is just getting old. Even Mirage Raph isn't this uptight, and when he is it's for a good reason.

I know that a lot of people did complain that Raph punching Mikey was too harsh but to me it didn't bother me, it made me laugh because it was only a reference to the 2014 movie. If it happened in normal circumstances then I would have been a bit pissed off.

Aww, that's a shame. I was hoping they would air the final two episodes as a special. But I'm happy the episodes at least have a release date now.

Well "Requiem" and "Owari" technically aren't a 2 parter so it's understandable.

I got a chuckle out of it because it should have happened in the 2014 movie itself. I mean, first off I hated Fisher's Michelangelo with a passion; second of all, Mikey's been taking that sort of abuse for a long time throughout this series (even the 2003 one) and has shown to be no worse the wear for it. I wish that anyone who's been making such a big deal out of it would take a step back on it.

Same here. The Pats have made the Super Bowl lose a lot of luster, as have some of the uncompetitive SBs as of late. Also, I have to point out that the commercials actually suck big time! Especially the movies/blockbusters who put more money and effort it seems into the promotion of the film than they do into the actual product itself. At least TMNT OOTS showed that just because you got a Super Bowl spot, you're not invincible financial wise. Me being an entertainment critic though, I feel I have to watch the whole thing so others and I have something to talk about the next day.
