No it f*cking isn't. The shortest one, Deathly Hallows Part 2, is 130 minutes.

So I have a theory about the runtime Ok so my local theater HAs show times on 7:00 and 10:00 thats a three hour separation take into account theater cleaning and reopening and "preshow" and starting late the movie should be about 2 hrs long give or take

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: 96 Minutes
TMNT: 87 Minutes

If the new TMNT film is PG-13, Then there is that possibility that it could have a running time around 2 hours. Now I'm all for that cause i always felt movies with shorter running time are always rushed and they don't leave room for character development. This is the perfect opportunity for this new movie to explore the characters of all the Turtles so that we can get to know them more.
AMC has TMNT listed at 1:41, Step Up All in runs 11 minutes longer.

So people are going to completely ignore the director when he says the movie is just under 100 minutes?

Heck people seem to ignore him for everything else whats the harm in ignoring movie run time which is a vague statement anyway, Does that include opening credits trailer, End credits, post scene, mid credit scene, ETC ETC

2 hours is a good run time. Anything over that runs the risk of being too long.
