yes my hdd had failure and i have early copy of this game on my PSP but without resources i put it on hold.
IT was weird case cause disk showed no problems and next day i woke up it made these pattern noises and i couldnt start my laptop , i tried to copy some files but couldnt do that.So only backup i have is on my PSP ,test version.
I dislike walking animation ,i would like to remake it again with different base anim ,maybe cody from final fight.

When I have HDDs fail on me, I ususally try running a program called "getdataback" on them. Sometimes it works. it depends on the kind of failure though, if it's complete hardware breakdown you are probably screwed yeah. Some people claim leaving a hard drive in the freezer (in a sealed bag to keep out moisture) helps sometimes, but i've never had much luck with that either.

are you still thinking about continuing though? it was looking pretty neat.

I still have the files, i think i have most stages in the demo but they arent in use but i dont have resources, i did put it on hold before i had HDD failure.
I tried to copy anything from this HDD but it didnt worked and now its not even recognized by system.

I still dont have motivation to work on it tho but if someone would like to make some edits then go ahead

I dnt know, im thinking about making it gritty and change colours to be darker and add blood maybe and kills but i think it would work better with original mirage styled sprites in black and white. We have enough of these kiddie tmnt games around with coloured fancy graphics, not many true to original.

I hate to bump:

But I was wondering:

Does anyone know what sprites he was using as a base for the foot?

Great to see you are still around. Hope you are continuing progress.

Losing source code and all assets is horrible, it's happened to a number of games I've followed. Use online source backup from now on

I'd love to play it on any platform. I have homebrew on my Wii but I don't really like the controls for this style of game (yes I have the classic gamepad, too)

PC would be best I guess. XBOX 360 gamepad for windows
