THESE are the figures I referred to in my blog post (on the previous page) that my mom wouldn't let me get back when I was a youngin'. There's no way in hell I'd pay this much for them, though.

One of those giant turtles (something tells me noone's gonna buy it tho):

I think that's it, the rest are playmates knockoffs.

I bought them. They're exquisite. *nod*

Not many have a passion for tremendously bad bootlegs. I however, am one of those people.

Nothing wrong with that they just looked like something that'd go for 3-6 Arg. pesos on the streets (about 1-3 dollars ) so it kind of irked me that guy would sell it for 20...but it's not really a big deal if you think of it as collectible, because it looks like something from back in the day, you're probably not going to find them ever again even here.
I like bootlegs, a lot of them are really amusing, like a poster before said there are some countries where it might not be possible to the average low-class/mid-class person to buy original figures because of the initial price tag plus the taxes...they could buy it, but it would seem unreasonable, so lower quality ripoffs are king (They even got a company called Ditoys to kind of capitalize on this, they started selling legally licensed toys, usually already existing cheap generic toys...for example they'd grab a generic gun with light and sound that had nothing to do with power rangers and sell it in a newly made power rangers package, maybe add a power rangers sticker on the gun or whatever...pretty much what bootleggers had been doing for a while, except legally D: they even had ads on tv and all, on fox kids/jetix )
Back when i was a kid bootleg toys were the most commonly found in stores for this reason...except all the ones i ever got where playmates copies, not interesting at all what i really get a kick of is those weird bootlegs, with bizarre cards/paint jobs or otherwise general wackyness!

If you meant the wagon in the link i posted, he didn't buy it, just the turtles pack i'd love to see more pics of them when you get them if possible.
There are a few more vehicles in that auction site but there's no actual vehicle pics, just the boxes well, except for this one:

http://articulo.mercadolibre.com.ar/MLA-47525332-_JM

I'm more interested in figures but none will come up.

Edit: Well, i just read it was made by Jocsa...a popular toy company here back in the 90s, so it doesn't really count, darn :S it looked so weird compared to the playmates turtle van that i was led to believe it was a bootleg...those lantern and giant mikey are pretty bootleg tho.

From what I remember, Jocsa was officially licensed to re-release some figure lines, but they did make some that looked like complete ass, like the last segment of this video:

Hi Archon, the price in that site is in Argentine Pesos (As of today u$d 1 would be $ 3,47 pesos according to this: http://www.dolarpeso.com/ )
Yeah Jocsa released licensed DBZ figures in the early 90's, i didn't have any of them but i guess were ok, some of them looked like ass like the gohan with the massive forehead or the orange jacket trunks.
They also made a few rambo ones, and later mortal kombat ones (with the same mold of the rambo ones, just different heads/costumes ). and a few street fighter the movie figures/vehicles.
Later on tho dbz figures were the most bootlegged over here anyway, even today you can still find them yesterday i saw a few when i went to the arcade and asked out of curiosity how much they were, they told me 13 to 26 dollars for the regular sized figures i asked 2 different sellers too...insane...i don't know if maybe they make their profit off unsuspecting buyers or people that just don't care because they were usually not that expensive before.
