Not counting any of the replacement voice actors of the 1987 Turtles as some of them are easily the worst, and not counting PD either as its too easy and obvious of a choice.

I would have to say 2003 Donatello. Not a bad voice at all mind you, but too similar to 2003 Leo for my taste and he doesn't stand out among so many iconic turtle voices throughout the movies and cartoons.

Pretty much everyone who's ever done Michelangelo's voice since the original cartoon.

Having watched half of Rise now, I really dislike the way Don and Leo talk in this show. They both emphasize their words a lot and talk as if they're screaming. Also is it just me or do Leo and Don's voices sound way too similar in Rise? At some points they sound nearly identical despite different voice actors. Raph and Mike's voices are nothing special either.

Honestly I think the entire Rise cast is my least favorite voices for them.

Nah, I thought Leo and Don were pretty distinct sounding in Rise. I'm surprised Rise Donatello's voice in particular didn't appeal to you since it has that sarcastic wit that is reminiscent of Raphael from the 80s cartoon.

2003 Don and 2003 Leo on the other hand, I could see myself having difficulty telling their voices apart if I listened to their dialogue without watching.

Leo and Don's voices are very distinct for me in 2k3, just show me sound clips without any video and I'll know who is speaking. 2k3 Leo actually has one of my favorite voice performances for a Turtle in general, it's like the definitive Leonardo voice.

Raphael has never had a good voice actor.

Nah, Rob Paulsen and Nick 2012's Raph voices were amazing. 2k3 Raph was fine when he wasn't being all grouchy, but that was mostly dialogue.

Rise Raphael was also great in my opinion, with his "Teddy Bear" attitude.

His head might've not been in the right place all the time, but his heart sure was.

Shredder could've done more than blow up the Channel Six building. I don't mean as far as murdering Splinter, but think of the possibilities if censors were not an issue.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

Exactly I liked Raph's voice in Rise and I think his voice actor did better good.

I like all of the turtle voice actors except for Seth Green's Leonardo.

All replacement voices in 1987 series
Seth Green as Leo, should have stuck with Dominic Catrambone
Mikey in 2012, only in certain episodes
