I noticed that sometimes there were color errors in certain episodes like a small part being colored the wrong one.

I think it's episode 5... Darkness on the Edge of Town? where the World Trade Center buildings are very obviously in the background skyline. In 2003.

I seem to remember the first mistake of mask color I noticed was in the opening sequence of season 2's "Turtles in Space" arc when the turtles jumped into the air and Leo had an orange bandana. It was notable because I was surprised it hadn't been more common given the Fred Wolf series.

The mistake I remember, and I think is the first one, is Leo belt disappearing in episode 1.
