is tmnt odyssey cannon

few days ago i came across a tmnt comic called tmnt odyssey but i didn't know if people called this cannon. i think it could be because they go throughout the turtles timeline and also it's drawn by Jim Lawson. but on the the other hand this comic wasn't released officially. what does every one else think

No, both Odyssey and Origin are unofficial creations by Andrew NDB here on the forum.

Its not "officially" canon but I do consider it to be the real deal since its so well made.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

They're as canon as a fan comic can ever hope to be, unless they're ever outright contradicted then why not count them as canon?

My take: It's not canon, and cooler for it, given the context. TMNT was birthed through independent comics.

I consider anything drawn by Jim Lawson to be canon.

Inclusing the cover for a non-existant comic featuring a rainbow unicorn?

Are there physical copies of either? Or are they solely online? I've heard a lot about them and would love to give them a read.

If it's any consolation to you, I have a physical copy of Origin, personally, though I learned of these comics long after Odyssey finished.

There are a few newly printed copies of Origin now.

Ok cool. How would I go about getting a copy? And I'm guessing Odyssey isn't as easy to come by?

Odyssey in its "Ultimate" edition should be pretty easy to come by on eBay. Regular editions are long gone. Though honestly the Ultimate edition is the best possible version to read.

PMed you about Origin.
