All the major characters that were wrapped up in complete list

I made a topic similar to this before but now that the show is over you can see almost every major character was wrapped up. Of course I'm basically saying pre-timeskip, basically where we left them in the "present" since everyones fates 50 years in the future is ambiguous.

So up to the end of the Usagi and 80's crossover eps, pre-timeskip:

Main cast:

- TMNT. Go on further adventures until whenever the mutagen bomb goes off
- Splinter = dead. Came back in spirit form to say goodbye to his sons
- April = has control of her powers, lives her life
- Casey = dead in the future, but we don't know how long he lasted in the present time. He may have lived till 30-40 years old.
- Karai = leads the Foot Clan. Has control of her mutant powers
- Shinigami = Karai's friend, last seen working with her in the 80's crossover eps
- Foot Clan = The human Foot are back under control of Karai.

Mutanimals:

- Slash. = Leader of Mutanimals, made peace with Raphael and the other Turtles.
- Leatherhead = with the Mutanimals, appeared in two Season 5 eps
- Rockwell Monkey = lives with the Mutanimals, last seen at the end of Season 4. I guess he never returns to a human.
- Pigeon Pete = last seen at Splinter's funeral in early Season 5. I guess the Mutanimals didn't want him on the team because he can't fight but still on good terms.
- Mondo Gecko = with the Mutanimals in the 80's crossover
- Muckman = Was seen with the Mutanimals in the Triceraton invasion, also in the Nick comics from IDW. Likely works as a hero besides them.

Main Villains:

- Shredder = dead. Came back as an undead in the Kavaxas arc but went back to the underworld.
- Kavaxas = went back to the underworld being pushed in by Shredder.
- Tiger Claw = declared a truce with the Turtles. Most likely went to make peace with Alopex.
- Rahzar = dead. Chris Bradford is the only Shredder henchmen to die.
- Fishface = Left on decent terms with the Turtles to go back to Street crime.
- Bebop/Rocksteady = Helped the Turtles save the world and destroy the Technodrome. Announced that they are going to turn over a new leaf and work for good. Probably joined the Mutanimals or went off on their own as heroes.
- Baxter Stockman = demutated in Season 4 finale, Mike knocked him out. Most likely escaped the burning building and lived his life.
- Hun/Purple Dragons = last we saw of them they were just knocked out pretty easily, they seem low-key in this series as just common crime.
- The Rat King = dead. We saw his body in Season 4.

- The Don mob boss = arrested, most of the mob was dissolved and the Stallone guy met his end.
- Tatsu = permanently defeated
- Ho-chan = sent back to the underworld

Savanti and Monsters:

- Savanti Romero = eaten by T-rex in the past, most likely dead
- Dracula = dead
- The Mummy = dead
- Werewolf = turned back to normal
- Frankenstein = brought to the future
- Jei = this version of Jei in Usagi's universe was killed. In the comics he is an immortal though.

The Kraang:

- Kraang Prime = destroyed in the Technodrome
- Kraang subprime = besides the timeline going back, he was last seen trapped in the Turtle Prime dimension at the end of Trans-dimensional Turtles. The Prime Turtles likely killed him quickly due to how violent they are.
- Traag and Granitor = last seen blown up and destroyed in the 80's crossover

- Bishop = is a good Utrom working on the side of Earthlings with the EPF
- Utrom council = seemingly in peace


Other friends or mutants:

- April's Dad Kirby. = Was de-mutated from Kirby-bat and lives in peace. Last seen at Splinter's funeral.
- Renet = went back to the future at the end of the monster arc. Says the Turtles save the world dozens of times.
- Sir Malachi = lives in peace in the sewers
- Ice Cream Kitty = makes it to the future
- Chompy = makes it to the future
- Napoleon and the Punk Frogs = moved down south to Lousianna, on good terms with the Turtles.
- Wingnut/Screwloose = went back into their comic
- Fugitoid = last seen reactivating in space, fate left ambigious
- Mona Lisa = stayed on Earth with the Mutanimals
- Sly Commander = went back to his salamander race planet
- Alopex = only in 1 episode, so seemingly on her own. It's possible Tiger Claw went to make peace with her
- Usagi = bid farewell to the Turtles
- Metalhead = destroyed, but at some point Don rebuilds him and places his mind in him in the future
- April's real mother = confirmed dead by Ciro

Space villains or characters:

- Triceratons = all dead
- Lord Dregg = dead
- Newtralizer = dead
- Armaggon = last seen pulled into a pit by an alien creature, likely dead
- Wyrm = trapped in that random ship in space
- Tokka = went to Earth to check on Chompy, went back into space as one of the special creatures of the universe
- Ancient Aeon leader = The one that took control of April, dead when the crystal smashed
- Bellybomb = just a random space alien working for Dregg. Didn't need closure.


All the other mutants or villains:

- April's Mother clone = dead
- April derp = dead
- The Creep = trapped in a jar in Don's lab
- Car mutant = dead
- Dream Beavers = went back to their dimension
- Chimera = still alive, still in Northampton
- Bigfoot = lives in peace in the woods
- Fungus Humungus = dead, destroyed by light
- Pizzaface = ambiguous if he was a dream of Mikey's or not, defeated either way
- Shredder clones = all dead when they merged together and blew up
- Mutant wasps = dead
- Chrome Dome = destroyed
- Scumbug and Antrax = last seen trapped under steel graters in their episode, don't know if the Turtles let them free
- Cockroach Terminator = apparently was reforming but we never saw it again
- Snakeweed = apparently still running around NY?
- Spiderbitez = last seen in Mondo Gecko's debut ep, could have likely become a good guy since he was just a normal man and not evil.
- Squirrelnoids = a few still seen running around sewers
- Mutagen Man = his container/body was seen in the last arc under the sludge pit when Raphael was fighting Verminator Rex and Scale Tail, apparently he was never de-mutated and just died. Sad but oh well.

- Verminator Rex = killed when his motorcycle blew up with him on it crushed
- Scale Tail and their clan = made peace with Raphael after he won


So unless I'm forgetting someone, the show did pretty much wrap up or give conclusions to nearly all it's characters before the 50 year timeskip. Of course the 50 year timeskip means many of these characters probably either died or bad things happened to them eventually, but in terms of the present timeline, nearly everything was wrapped up.

Only thing they never really finished is what happened with Fugitoid when he reactivated, maybe Ciro will tell his story another day. Cybersai .

To be fair I think a character introduced in the last 3 episodes and that clearly survived can be presumed to have had a concluding mini arc.

Looks a good list, so its really just the 'in between years' that throw a spanner in the works.

The majority of the villains are either dead, reformed and left on peaceful terms with the Turtles, or done away with in some form.

There are of course random mutants still living in NYC, but unless you wanted every single mutant de-mutated or something, it's closure for nearly everyone.
