Looks like both TRU and Amazon have mostly pulled the listings down. Huh. Must be suddenly enforcing the Jan 1 license-change date, I suppose.

Too bad Mikey and Don aren't the same skin tone as Raph and Leo or else I probably would have gotten Mega Bloks.

How does Krang scale with regular action figures? & is there any chance you could take a picture of his mini-figure by itself?

I would assume we will get the correct colors for them in the next wave set, hopefully with Shredder, as the single figures will have the lighter color as seen in this picture of Leo.

Here's a few of the figures I have handy with the big Krang.

I'm glad you like it, but it still seems like very few pieces for $40. Any idea how many pieces are in the kit? How intricate is the Krang body?

It was only $37 shipped thanks to prime. With 305 pieces the price may be on the high side a bit, but the figures are better quality than Lego with all the detail to them. I'm not sure if the metal shell is a normal thing for this set or if all the collectors brand turtles will have it. Krang took about an hour and a half to build and was relatively simple. After the body was together most other parts were built 2 at a time. His hands, head, and krang belly were the only parts that didn't require some assembly. My only fear is that the straps for the turtles and krangs shoulder straps may break over time. Mega has an issue with the soft rubber pieces snapping. But for me this set was worth the money, if you think it's expensive wait for tru to get it and a bogo 1/2 off sale.

The Nick minifigs have action features? Do not like that, hopefully not all of them have that.

The Party Wagon looks pretty cool.

The zip-line is kinda given when they are wearing huge boxes on their back with rope. The slashing action on the other hand is dodgy.

Found the blind packs today but they wouldn't ring up, tru has a street date in their computer so that was a bust. Plus side is they bagged the packs up and put my name on them for me to buy on January 1.
