Received both of my Turtles in Training and Mousers today (I didn't mind paying the Amazon price of 11.99 for these), also picked up Leo w/ the AT3 vehicle. Almost grabbed a set of the Stealth Turtles but decided to hold off for now.

Spoiler:
Hate to break it to you bud, but that's the deal. The "40$" version is for international buyers, the "20$" version is for US buyers. Both versions come autographed and with an autographed reprint of fcbdnumberone. But happy you got them |

Thanks for the heads up. I thought about calling and asking if they have a set with Blue, Purple, Orange and Red marker auto. I think it would be kinda cool to have a set of 4 autos with different color marker. I will post a pic when I get mine.

Sweeeet. The original storage shell turtles are probably my favorite of the plain TMNT figures (basic, head-droppin', etc). Those highly detailed angry faced head sculpts are too rad, & their action feature was cool and useful to boot! I also loved that their colored belts gave them a resemblance to the SNES Tournament Fighters turtles.

Those are both great sets.
My 8 Universal monsters are up on the wall, ( I can't bring myself around to opening them) whilst the rock n roll dudes are displayed on a lil stand thing that I threw together for them. Good haul. |

It always looked like a pizza knife to me
Actually, I never got it either, or that curvy blade thing on the stick! |

And almost everyone had them! Ya I remember thinking, as a child, it was a pizza slice and the handle bit was so they could hold it... which really doesn't make sense lol

DUDE!!! Where did you get those?!
Well, obviously someone was going to ask that. It was me. Edit: China, oh yeah, makes sense now. Speaking of China. I finally got my Neca TMNT boot legs. These are great. The quality feels just as good if not better than other Neca figures I have bought. Got them for $50 free shipping. Last edited by darthwahl56; 10-13-2013 at 02:11 AM. |
