Picked up this lot for $40 this morning! Pity most of the carded items have so much warping, etc. to the packaging, but hey- $40!
[IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] Got a nice assortment: Transformers, Star Wars, Halo, Star Trek and a few others... Very happy that the vehicles are mostly complete. Also picked up a GI Joe 1990 The General vehicle... for 3 freaking dollars!!! They had it in the trash because it was left in the barn but digging gets you places! I'm not ashamed! It was only $3! (because of course once you bring it up to the estate sale people they want something for it- even though they were going to just through it away... sheesh!). It's not complete, but once cleaned up I'll get between $40-$60 at the flea market... no problem! (Or, more likely, my husband will decide to keep it... no problem! Lol) |

Thanks!!! I'm pretty stoked! I also picked up a SNES for $2... No cords, but even if it doesn't work, I'm ok at $2...

RIGHT?!?! I hurried and shoved the money in the guy's hand before he could change his mind! I was very excited about that!!!! And the console has no yellowing! Very, very clean and good condition overall, just a bit dusty from storage.

If someone can fix it up, you'll have a working SNES! That works! IT WORKS!

I was over in the metroplex (DFW, Texas) this evening and stopped at TRU and upon noticing this guy..... Couldn't help it!!! Claptrap is one of my all-time favorite video game characters. And I'm not even sure why?!?!!
[IMG][/IMG] Aaaaand, just noticed that you can see the mess on my desk in the photo... Please ignore! Lol... been too busy (read: worn out and kinda lazy) to clean my office lately. |

Not gonna lie those Moo Mesa figs are neat I've never seen the show and i'm almost tempted to get some (they are pretty cheap too)
if anyone still cares about the man of steel movie masters figs (there might be one or two of you, right?) you can get the superman w/ krypton key on amazon now! this was previously hard to find but amazon seems to have a bunch http://www.amazon.com/Superman-Maste...dp/B00BSN0L1G/ |

Spent my paycheck yesterday at Crowemag Toys here in Raleigh, got some great JOE stuff:
Joe 5-pack: Sigma Six 2.5" Winged Fury Snow Serpent Snow Job Shipwreck VS Copperhead Alley Viper Hiss Tank 3 Bionic Six figures and a speeder bike for Zartan And then at Wal-Mart, I found this in the clearance section: Power Rangers Lost Galaxy 4364 Magna Defender's Galactic Speeder

only 10 pics per post??? okay...
-------------------------------------------------- Yesterday I drove all over Garner, Cary, and Raleigh for some great buys. Since Crowemag's store is near NCSU, and that means MASSIVE traffic yesterday before and after NCSU won, I went there later than planned. I went to a store I haven't visited since last summer (I think) called Stuff'N'Such, which is no longer in the Cary mall, but is now near TRU. I got some great deals on some GI Joe stuff: Since FLASH was my first ARAH figure as a kid, I have been wanting the ME version for weeks now (I just got back into GI Joe in August): MASS Device pack (#2 of 5) I got this pack mostly for Zartan, and also he offered it for $30, even though it was priced at $80...why is it worth $80? Dreadnok 2-pack Serpent Armor...but what did we call the white versions of these back in the 80s? Season 3...or Series 2 Season 1, however you count it, Cobra Commander Ninja Speed Cycle was an additional 20% off that at K-Mart

I just got this today, and built it...GI Joe Kre-O...wait, no it's not...but not bad for $11.99, AND it's BOGO50%OFF
I also bought 6 of the biggest KRE-O GI Joe sets, and the other $11.99 BOGO.5 Mega Bloks True Heroes set...I can't even remember it, this was an expensive day, again
