Who cares what "society" thinks. Why would you let other people's opinions about something govern what you do/purchase?

In response to the thread title, we kinda are. There are a lot of awesome TMNT toys coming out that are of very high quality, if you can track them down and you can afford 'em.

Disney would be another one. With so many cartoons, movies and all else, it easily pre-dates TMNT and has quite a large collector based where things accrue and lose value all the time based on their relevance and what they are.
