So, I love the villain designs in the new show, especially Freddy Fazbear via Mutant Madness. As usual, the paint apps are a little lacking, so I had to fix this dude (this is my first Rise custom, and custom post here in quite a while). I wanted to do a giveaway with something creepy but also TMNT related, and this dude fit the bill!
