Sad. Kinda makes you wonder what thoughts he had on the universe that we might never know about. (At least not until someone else figures it out, if there was any validity to it.)
But... at least he no longer has to put up with living in that physical state he was stuck with for so long. |

What an amazing life. A rolemodel for sure. Despite his physical disabilities he was a nice and funny man with a brilliant mind.
Lucky to have such a mind in our lifetime.

His Sister (Mary Hawking) was a Doctor (GP) at my Doctor Surgery in my home town, she wasn't my main GP but I did see her a couple of times, she was actually my grandparents main GP. She retired a few years ago.
