Baxter's giant mutagen container in Season 2

So in my rewatch I've noticed something.

Does anyone else realize Baxter's huge giant mutagen container from Season 2 was likely a combination of the missing mutagen canisters that were scattered in NYC? We first see it in "Mikey gets Shellachne" as it's the tank Dogpound falls into and mutates in Rahzar:

Sorry for the terrible pictures but this is all I could find on google search, but you guys know what I'm talking about.

All of a sudden in early Season 2 Baxter has this gigantic mutagen container in his lab that looks like it's a combination of dozens of mutagen canisters. Since the Turtles only found 4-5 mutagen canisters on their own (we see in the Squirrelnoid ep, the Karai ep, and the Mutagen Man ep them recover a small handful of them), and the other missing mutagen canisters led to the mutation of Sir Malachi, Squirrelnoids, and some other season 2 mutants like Fungus Humungus, it seems like Baxter scooped up the rest of them.

At this point of the series Baxter was off on his own and the Shredder's alliance with the Kraang was pretty much over, so I have no idea where he could have gotten this gigantic mutagen supply from otherwise. It seems to me Baxter found a good portion of the missing mutagen containers, while the others just remained lost around NYC leading to the various new mutants popping up.
