Good Smiles Statues

have we heard anything about these statues?

I know they've been discussed a fair bit, but I can't remember if it was in their own thread or not. They're based on a piece of fan art that was drawn specifically for the purpose of making statues, as far as I know. According to Good Smile, if they sell well, we might get nendoroids, which would be amazing, but I don't see these selling all too well 'cause the designs are kinda wack.

I like the designs well enough, but I'm worried about the billowy bandannas. They seem like they're made to break off. =/

Anyways GSC posted something on it's FB page on Dec. 1:
"A quick update, we mentioned we were aiming for a November pre-order for the Leonardo Statue, but it's been delayed a bit while we solidify things on our end with his official release.

We'll be sure to update this page when his pre-order opens!"

Love the design of these (which is unusual, since my tastes usually run quite traditional), and they'd be a must-buy if they all had red bandanas & brown pads, instead of the cartoon colours.

Went up for preorder a few days ago... If you grab all 4 you can get codes to redeem a aluminium print of the art it's based off of. US only from the website itself though.

You probably won't find a better price than BBTS if it doesn't get put on Amiami. Even directly from GoodSmile it's still around $130 and you're going to pay more for shipping from Japan.

I just put in a preorder for both Mikey and Leo at BBTS this morning. Oddly, Michelangelo is listed as coming out in March and Leo in April. I have to assume that the listing for Michelangelo is wrong though.
