Look at the fact every other movie Ryan Reynolds does bombs and he still gets plenty of work and remains an A list actor.

Are we still getting Killer Croc?

Croc was perfect, more please.

Boomerang not getting to do much was a disappointment. You CAN'T have the Squad without Boomerang. I feel like if it hadn't already been designed as "Harley Quinn And Her Not-So-Amazing Friends: The Movie", Boomerang's shenanigans could have stolen the show, had he be allowed to actually... y'know... partake in any Shenanigans.

I'm pretty convinced that with this movie, "reboot" isn't actually the right word but that's the word they're using to describe it because it's a word people hear all the time and can understand. It'll probably be as simple as, "It'll have some of the same characters, and you can pretend the last movie happened, or not, because we're not contradicting it but we'll also not be referencing any of it, either."

Not quite "reboot", not quite "do over". More like... "If you liked the last one, Fine, but if not, well, nevermind, here's This One."

I read some comments and Bronze Tiger was the first name I saw. Feel stupid for not remembering the character, but he's never really stood out to me. Not like Deadshot or Deathstroke.

I know him as the one who was brainwashed by Sensei into murdering Batwoman back in 1979. Aside from that I understand. He is like the anti-hero on the villain team otherwise.

John Cena up for a part in The Suicide Squad.

I try to see him in a role on the movie but I... hmm, that's odd. I just can't see him.

Wow. The desperation is real.

I really, really don't like WB.

I figured you'd like that little gem.

I was going to say that this might be a good indicator that Gunn isn't going to direct... but then I remembered he cast Bautista in GotG.

They're probably just trying to cash in on how wrestlers are everyone's favorite new actor (Bautista and the Rock). And his success in Bumblebee. I mean, I think it was a success. I didn't bother watching.

All I could see Cena doing is taking over as Rick Flagg, and frankly I liked the other guy just fine. I really didn't have any issues with the cast in the first one. I actually like the movie and the cast is a big reason why.

I guess they figure they're down one Margot Robbie and one Will Smith, so yeah, they have to scramble for Star Power. In a movie where, ostensibly, several of the characters shouldn't be coming back for sequels anyway, on account of a couple of 'em really ought'a get killed off.

Being a DC fan is tough sometimes, simply because Warner Bros. is just about the single most incompetent entertainment company in the history of the world, regardless of what they're doing. It's a decades-old problem that goes back way before even the first time they put Bugs Bunny in hip-hop gear to try and make him "hip". That's WB in a nutshell; a dude who's well past middle age and bordering on social security, walking around with his baseball hat on backwards, throwing up gang signs and trying to make people think they're not feeble and pathetic.

That was my thought, too; recast Flag. Don't why they should bother, though; not like Kinnaman is too busy.

No, this WILL still have Harley. It's just Deadshot we're missing.
