Been a while since I took a look at this thread. Was initially really hyped about this line, then the reviews (and reports of QC issues with Leo) made me cancel my preorders, and I ended up going with Neca's upcoming SDCC turtles instead, even though I much prefer the Mirage Comics look. Looks like Mondo went through some growing pains with Leo. Hopefully, the company gets it sorted out with the remaining releases. A version 2.0 of Leo with fixed QC would be great, too, assuming the rest of the figures are improved.

I think this Donatello is gonna be the best on they make. This sculpt is amazing and the color is dead on. I am a little worried about Raph still...

Tracking shows that Donnie should be here tomorrow. I feel like I should be more excited, but that feeling has grown tepid after such a long wait. These figures are absolute keepers, not just for being awesome, but for the endurance that has come with obtaining them.

Got mine today. Looks good. Can still see the seam through the head though, especially on the red bandanna head.

Looks better compared to Leo though.

I got my exclusive Donatello today. The box is a little dinged up and it looks like part of the plastic packaging melted onto the figure and caused some discoloration. Mondo has already returned my message though and seems very interested in taking care of the problem. I just hope it was an isolated problem.

Where was the plastic melted? I got mine today but didn't notice anything like that. I would like to check mine though

It was directly over Donnies left shoulder. It was very obvious.

Just opened my Donatello...QC issues all over. To say this is disappointing is an under statement.

Box corners dinged, but outside shipping box was mint (minor nit pick i guess)
Bo staff holder in the back already seperated- havent even removed him from the packaging.
Something is missing from the bottom tray and I can't tell what it is.

These issues are all clearly taking place at the factory since it was sealed tight...

When we pay $150 for these things and have to wait 3 years and this happens it REALLY pisses me off....

Where is the MONDO customer service email or support number?
What is missing from the bottom tray? (see pics)

Go to Mondos website (Mondotees or something like that) and go to the bottom of the main page and look for 'Contact Us'. Send a message through there. They've replied to me and sent me a return label in less than 6 hours. As for what's missing in your box...I will check mine when I get back home.

I just looked in my box and I'm also missing that piece. Are they just using the same plastic holder for all turtles?

I thought I've seen a Donnie pic with him giving the thumbs up, so maybe that's the missing hand?

Edit - My buddy is also missing this piece.

Dangggg, I was hoping with all the extra time Mondo would really deliver on the last three turtles. It's not looking promising.
