How much would it cost to maintain and customise the Turtle Blimp?

I was wondering (idea taken from the Casey Jones thread), what the sort of costs of maintaining and housing the Turtle Blimp would be. Can?t imagine it?s cheap.

Probably a similar figure to the cost of maintaining and upgrading the turtle van as well as all of Donatello's lab equipment and experiments, all included in the list of expenses they declared with the show producers for 10 years.

Where did they even put the thing when they weren't using it?

Did a quick af Google search and got this from Bandago Blimp Rental FAQ

Most of that money probably applies to fuel and maintenance. Or to buy helium maybe? Depends on how much the turtles can scavenge. Its a stretch but its possible they stole an entire decommissioned blimp at one point and fixed it up. They'd be capable of that. But where would they get the helium?
