Just saw The Italian Job (the Marky Mark one). Dumb movie, but it was fun. Kinda like a poor man's Ocean's 11.

Saw The Golden Compass yesterday. I rather liked the book, but the people who made the movie kinda forgot to make you care about the characters...

Also watched Ghostbusters yesterday. Fantastic as always.

Yeah I know, but they billed it as a Sci-Fi original so it gets thrown in the mix even though it kicks all of their asses!

Not all of them....Lost Room is one of SciFi's only good creations......But CQB is right, Dog Soldiers isn't a Scifi flick, regardless.

Court Jesters. It's a low budget, indie film that tells that true story of a paintball team in 1988 New York. It was written and directed by one of the players, and won a bunch of awards at film festivals. Great film.

Has anyone seen Juno yet? I just got back from watching it and it was another holiday treat that did not disappoint. It was very funny and touching, kinda like a mix between Knocked Up and Little Miss Sunshine (cuz of the whacky characters). Another recommended film.

Had a zombie movie double feature yesterday with Shaun of the Dead and Planet Terror. I enjoyed each movie thoroughly.

Watched Casino Royale again. Awesome movie, though I understand it is 'overrated' now.

Not in the eyes of James Bond fans. Everyone I've talked to hates it. They don't like realistic movies they'd rather Bond saved the day with his wrist watch. Austin Powers nailed Bond movies perfectly I'd say.

Royale is not only my fav Bond film but the best in my opinion. To bad they decided to go back to the goofy formula already. The point of the revamp was to keep the series serious.

Anyways I saw "I Am Legend" Check the topic for my opinions on it. If your to lazy to the bottom line is I hated it.

Whew. To do away with the bluntness that made CR so great would be a crime.

I saw Walk Hard this last weekend with my girlfriend. A very well done parody of the music bio-pic.

Santa's Slay. Second time I've watched it this season. I love this movie.

Oh, and Emilie De Raven is smokin'.

Finally saw The Bourne Ultimatum and it was as brilliant as expected. I was only slightly miffed that they kept rehashing moments from the previous two films; not the rapid fights or car chases but stuff like...

Spoiler:
Nicky changing her appearance, just like Marie. Or the end of the car chase just like in Supremacy.

...but they're not serious grievances.

Watched George A. Romero's The Crazies last night. I liked the plot and the originality of the film and I feel it should be seen by more people.

Shooter. It was alright for an action movie, but the plot became so ludicrous that I couldn't help but laugh...constantly.

Pretty much agreed. As ridiculous as it was, I was still very entertained by it.

I saw "No Country for Old Men". Great movie. It's got everything. Great cast, Javier Bardem is just creepy. A must watch for Coen Bros. fans and anyone else, actually.
