Front and Back Scans of Action Figure Cards?

Hello,

Does anyone here on the forums have any high quality scans of the action figure cards, and by year or wave? Specifically, I'd like a scan of a purple 1995 re-issue action figure card. I need the front and the back.

Thank you!

Looking for large scans of the front and back of the entire action figure card. I need scans or large resolution photos of the card without the bubble and action figure and accessories. My overall goal is to duplicate or replicate a card like this so I can make a custom one.

Like this one:

I know I've made scans before, I just can't remember where I put the files! Eventually, I'd love to either create or contribute to a comprehensive index. It's hard to get good front package scans since that's where folks tear off the bubble protection but even the rear packaging is helpful to see how the series grew so quickly.

Send me a reminder sometime and I may be able to help!

EDIT: Here's an old upload... I can't even remember what's inside the zip file!

I might be able to work with this.... you're right though, the border of the bubble is missing and torn. I might be able to recreate the areas with the smudge tool and clone tool.

I recently played around with a surgical steel scalpel and some "goo be gone" and completely removed 2 toys from cards unnoticed. It's unreal how easy it is to actually remove the toys from the bubble blister packaging. However, I need that 1995 card like from your "late run" front and back scans. I can use the warrior back for the backer.

Thank you!

Anyone else have some scans like that without the tears?

I've always wanted a complete collection of proofs for these. The artwork was and is some of the most iconic toy packaging art from the era.

I agree. We need more scans of the 1988 cards, the blue 1993 cards, the 1991 movie star cards, and a clean 1994 shogun card. I have art proofs and a style guide for 2004 cards and box art.

I have successfully been able to recreate the front of the 1995 purple re-release card. Thank you

Yup - they'd have my money. Thats always been a dream, not even limited to TMNT. I love the box art on toys of that era probably as much as I love the toys themselves

I'd like to do (for myself) an "artbook" like a catalogue, with all the vintage figures released.
Figure in blister, figure outside the box, box art, back cards, etc...

Maybe we can to collect all the images (or, all possible) to make this "catalogue artbook".

Anyone knows when can I find scans of the character back file cards?
I've looking some post about it, but I didn't find it ...

Thanks!

I'm sure the copyright implications would sink the project, but that sounds like a heck of a Kickstarter pitch. I'd pledge!
