Whoever attends the one at Ubi headquarters should ask when it is coming out.
Or if other people attend in different cities, they should get some video of the wagon, plus the game being played.

I'm STILL annoyed that no one apparently knew that the game would be playable at the Film Festival. I could have gotten Hi-Def video for everyone.
You'd think there would have been a sign somewhere saying 'Game playable in back' or something . As it is, we just have to hope someone with a camera shows up at the ubi soft stop in texas

Don't worry, the news of this remake penetrated into the hardcore game sites, there's no way they won't have video of it up soon.

ScrewAttack reported it...they're in Texas (though it's a very very big state). Anyone know how we could get them to the Ubi-Soft Galabunga?

If I know unannounced press events, they probably banned cameras from recording the game. The best you can probably hope for is a cellphone vid until one of the gaming sites can get an official video.

That wasn't the original audio for the character-select. That was the classic 'toon era theme for the Playmates commercials. O_O

Yeah, and I hope it stays in the game to be honest. I always liked it. That remake looks amazing, I really can't wait to get my hands on it.

Haven't posted in a while but I have to say this is the best TMNT news I've read in a very long time. Turtles in Time is one of my favorite video games ever, I would've been perfectly happy with a xbox live arcade reissue of the game, but getting a graphical overhaul is so much cooler! It'll be like a new experience to enjoy.

FREAKING BOGUS!!!
I knew it was too good to be true. First looking at the footage, the skull and crossbones level is missing exploding boxes, and a number of boards that come up and hit the Turtles should they walk into it. Now I notice something else... IT ISN'T USING ARCADE MUSIC! And before you say, that TMNT commercial music is another TV displaying the old commercials, I am not talking about that. If you listen closely to the music of the level, you will hear this crap... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PLgyl...eature=related So not only did they not include the original levels design, they aren't even including arcade music... Instead they are going the gimp route of putting in 16bit crappy music (compared to the arcade music.) Don't get me wrong, I liked the SNES TMNT IV music, but we've seen an arcade perfect port of the first Turtle game, why not make this an arcade perfect port of a 10 times better TMNT arcade game? I can only hope what I am hearing is another TC displaying the TMNT IV SNES game, if not, then this is crap. I'm sorry to complain, but the arcade game had some kick butt music, specially Neon Nightriders... Now I fear it will be replaced with crap.

Talk about a negative nancy. Judging by your signature on here, don't color me surprised at your poor attitude.
Hence the purpose of a re-make, everything will not be identical to the original and also in consideration that it probably is still an early build of the game. Regardless, it looks almost identical in combat with a major speed boost and probably can handle many more enemies on screen at a single time. I'm positive and I'm very excited for this release moreso than a simple shoddy port like they did with the first arcade game. |

Yeah, if I was being negative about the thing in full, then I would be bashing the games upgrade, where many purists will surely moan and groan.
However, my problem is with a superior upgrade to an arcade jem, being busted down to the ranks of 16bit music. If this is a remake, then let it be a remake. Which means either keep the superior arcade music, or upgrade the music beyond that, not go for something more inferior like 16bit music. For something to be early and still in progress, why do they tote that the game is near finished? The game looks good, will take some getting used to. However, keep the levels the same, with the upgrades, and the music the same as arcade or better. Don't take a step backwards. As for my sig... The guy deserved his shortcomings in life. That is the price of arrogance... Some people call it karma, some say it is god and divine retribution. I can't tell this day and age who chooses to believe in god (as I do,) or who believes this rock magically got here by some fairy, or just magically exploded into existance. However, the guy was a douche... He shrugged off Eli Manning's hand before the Superbowl, as if he were having some sort of god complex. I don't feel sorry for the guy at all... And hey, after his injury, I here he became human again. Sometimes it takes a hard fall, to ground people back to reality. I bet he considers it, lesson learned.
