Season 4 is starting on October 25th (According to TMNTMaster's tweet).

S4E1 "Beyond the Known Universe"
Air Date: October 25th 2015
The team meets a strange alien robot called the Fugitoid.

S4E2 "The Moons of Thalos 3"
Air Date: November 1st
When the team crash lands on an ice moon along with the enemy, they must put their differences aside to survive.

S4E3 "The Weird World of Wyrm"
Air Date: November 8th 2015
When Casey Jones discovers a hypercube, he accidentally unleashes a fourth dimensional being called Wyrm.

S4E4 "The Outlaw Armaggon!"
Air Date: November 15th 2015
When Lord Dregg hires a bounty hunter to destroy the turtles, the team flees to an abandoned space station.

S4E5 "Riddle of the Ancient Aeons"
Air Date: January 10th 2016
The Turtles find themselves on a planet of pure evil.

S4E6 "Journey to the Center of Mikey's Mind"
Air Date: January 17th 2016
When microscopic aliens invade Mikey's mind, the Turtles have to chase them through the strange world of Mikey's subconscious.

S4E7 "The Arena of Carnage"
Air Date: January 24th 2016
The Turtles are captured and thrown into the Triceraton Arena.

S4E8 "The War for Dimension X"
Air Date: January 31st 2016
The Turtles must gain the trust of the Utrom Council in order to find the next piece of the black hole generator.

S4E9 "The Cosmic Ocean"
Air Date: March 13th 2016
The Turtles journey through an ocean-like area of space.

S4E10 "Trans-Dimensional Turtles"
Air Date: March 27th 2016
The Turtles are transported to another dimension where they meet their 1980s counterparts and work together to battle Krang.

Air Date: April 3rd 2016
Donatello is feeling inferior to Fugitoid, but his intellect is put to the test when the Triceratons attack.

S4E12 "The Evil of Dregg"
Air Date: April 10th 2016
When Raphael loses his fighting mojo, he must overcome his feelings to save his brothers from certain doom.

S4E13 "The Ever-Burning Fire"
Air Date: April 17th 2016
The team must overcome impossible odds in order to obtain the final Black Hole Generator piece.

S4E14 "Earth's Last Stand"
Air Date: April 24th 2016
As the team finally reaches Earth, Fugitoid reveals a horrible secret about his past.

Air Date: August 14th 2016
April faces a deadly, new enemy when she graduates to full Kunoichi; the Turtles must deal with the return of some old foes.

S4E16 "Broken Foot"
Air Date: August 21st 2016
When Leonardo secretly allies with Karai, he finds himself in deeper danger than he ever could have imagined.

S4E17 "The Insecta Trifecta"
Air Date: August 28th 2016
Raphael must overcome his fear of insects to lead the team when they are forced to battle Stockman-Fly's new insect minions.

Don Vizioso's gang tracks the Turtles with a bunch of anti-mutant weapons.

Michelangelo befriends some odd, new superheroes named Wingnut and Screwloose.

Air Date: November 6th 2016
For the first time, the Turtles encounter something they cannot defeat.

The Turtle team hunts for their Sensei, but soon realizes they are being hunted as well.

Donatello becomes concerned and decides to test April, only to discover that her psychic abilities are rapidly growing in power.

Air Date: February 5th 2017
Raphael's bonding with little Chompy gets interrupted by the invasion of Tokka, who has come to Earth searching for him.

S4E24 "Tale of Tiger Claw"
Air Date: February 12th 2017
A dangerous female mutant by the name of Alopex appears with a personal vendetta against Tiger Claw.

S4E25 “Requiem”
Air Date: February 19th 2017
Splinter must lead the turtles and the Mighty Mutanimals on the hunt to defeat his old enemy.

S4E26 “Owari”
Air Date: February 26th 2017
The Turtles realize they must stop Shredder, and end this conflict once and for all.

And there's something that got my attention:

Ciro Nieli and Bradon Auman told those present that Splinter will no longer be responsible for the turtles’ training because he did, in fact, die during that betrayal by Shredder. Master Splinter is gone, and even if the world is put back to normal somehow, he will not return

Is this mean that even if the Earth will be back, he will be still dead?

Is that true? Ciro and Brandon said that? Because I don't remember that they said it in the recorded panel

They mention Splinter's death, but I didn't hear about he won't return at any moment. So, I'm going to say this is an unfunny joke.
