HOW OLD IS SHREDDER?

I was just asking myself how old is the Shredder? Approximately... He used to be young in the old cartoon. But i can't say he's very young in the new one. He has an adopted son Hun. So he is a grown-up dude. What do you think?

Hmm... Good question. He was seven when Nagi died, and about 15 years later he murdered Yoshi. And about 13-15 years from that he Fight's with the TMNT to the death. So assuming the New cartoon cartoon Shredder sgares the same timeline, wich he most probably does, I would say he is around 35-37.

But it is very likely, that Nagi won't appear in the new toon, so Saki could be alot older.

I don't think 49 is too old for a grown man to be walking around looking like he mows grass just by rolling around.

Seriously though, there are plenty of asian dudes that can still put up a decent fight at that age.

Oroku Nagi was Saki's older brother. He was killed by Yoshi when he smacked up Thang Shen.

No, it's not a mistake. Japanese culture is different than American culture in many ways. One of them being the way the family name, commonly called last name or surname, is used.

Oroku is a family name. In the old cartoon Saki had a brother named Something Saki. It is a mistake.

I know Oroku is the family name. That's what I said. Somebody said that Nagi was Saki's older brother, and I never knew that he was even mentioned in the old cartoon with a wrong family name. When you said that the old cartoon made that mistake once I thought you meant they transposed the names more than once or something like that. I didn't know there was a Something Saki.

Yes, it was said in an interview the he will be involved in the origin. And Nagi wasn't in the old cartoon, it was a totally diffrent characters that only appeared once. He was cop if I remember right.
