I just hope we get a Shredder from the first film w/ removable helmet and mask and rocking fabric cape.

Went ahead and pre-ordered from BBTS. My first time using them.
The 1/4 Donatello figure is nice, but the one thing that bugs me about it is the elbow gap. |

Yeah, I really doubt the gap will be in the final production pieces. It's a strange oversight to leave it in the photos, though.

The 1/4 Donatello figure is nice, but the one thing that bugs me about it is the elbow gap. Did you see the black letters at the bottom that say *NOT FINAL. It's a prototype not production piece. So don't worry Neca will make you happy. |

Totally. I love first-movie Shredder (when I was a little kid I always though it looked like his cape was sorta zebra-striped when Tatsu was folding it back off of his shoulder pads, LOL...)

This all seems like very good news.
Dare I hope that those foot soldiers, teased years ago, will see the light of day? Are a Mirage Casey and Splinter too much to hope for. I know Complete Carnage and Radical are! As much as I hope that the Henson turtles are released in 7" scale, I reckon I'd still get the 1:4 scale ones. Particularly if we are getting a bunch of accessories to deck them out with. Hat and trenchcoat for Raph? |

You could just hold out for the smaller scaled ones & get all 4 for the price of one large piece.

I hope that happens. They don't even need paint or accessories... just bare plastic in a baggy... still be better than any Playmates stuff

I wanted to grab their Adam West, but once I had it in hand, the quality was a bit of a letdown. Hoping that's not the case here. |

Dominos pizza box for Mikey... straw farm hat for Donnie... fedora for Raph... ooze canister for Leo? I'm usually not a big action figure/statue guy, but these have me really jazzed. I'm REALLLLLLLLLY hoping for Shredder and a Foot Soldier. I wonder if the same sculpts will be used for the rumored 1/6 scale line. Any clues why they wouldn't just sculpt in 1/4 scale and work their way down? |
