Someone asked Randy on Twitter today if they should start creating a NECA TMNT saving account. He replied "wise."
There you have it folks, we have been unofficially warned! |

I'm working on selling some stuff. I'm glad I have the Figuarts turtles preordered with BBTS (cancelable), JUST in case NECA comes out with something similar or with something I'd rather spend my money on.

I'm willing to bet, NECA releases toon versions, movie versions and updated comic versions at some point. They will win.

After thinking about this for a couple of weeks, I've decided that the following is my wish list order from NECA:
1. 1990's movie turtles and Shredder in 6-7" scale 2. Mirage Shredder and Foot figures 6" scale (finish what was started). 3. A line based on the new Mutants in Manhattan video game (IDW Santoluoco style). 6-7" scale. |

I will do backflips if they've been able to secure rights to release the Mirage Foot members. Maybe Playmates' attempts Mirage Turtles didn't pay off for them (I certainly didn't buy any, did kids?), and an agreement has been reached. Nick owns the Turtles now, right? It it's not 2009 anymore.

I've got no interest in videogame Turtles (Mirage and Henson (still have to pinch myself over what's coming on that front) for me), but I'm curious as to whether they'd use existing sculpts, as has been the formula so far. I can't really see that working using any existing NECA sculpts.

Mate, there's an edit button which will allow you to add on to previous posts. Try not to make consecutive ones.

No problem.
I just thought different posts for different ideas would be okay. Plus it was easier than writing a big post on my phone. Will keep it in mind. Cheers. |

TBH anything 6-7" would be great.
Not a fan of these bigger items, coz they're not really action figures IMO... Reminds me - As a kid I had those giant turtles, never really liked those either They had a whiff of girl's dolls to me... might have been the fact they were hollow and doll-sized. For the same reason I always hated Action Man. Dolls for boys lol.

There are so many different versions of these characters that get overlooked or half-assed. I'd love to see all of these.

I know the Turtles are a no-brainer and Shredder is likely, but for the love of all things holy NECA, please give us an Elias Koteas Casey Jones figure.

That would be the greatest thing ever. Though I'd hope for sculpted clothes rather than the real fabric stuff they do sometimes.

Mutants in Manhattan gameplay trailer and release date. Please NECA make a toy line (adult geared) off of this!
