Don't think it has an actual title. It's the original theme song they wrote for the 2K3 series, but they obviously wrote and used something different.

I think you mean this song? Haven't seen the credits but I remember this song played in the end of Turtles Forever SDCC audioclip.

Like Roseangelo already said, it's an unused theme for 2K3 show.

I'm not so sure. Do you happen to recall how many themes were used in the credits? There was that, Fast Forward (instrumental), then I'm sketchy on the rest (because you switched off the recorder ). I thought there were four, including BttS and finishing with a 2K3 theme. But, anyway...

According to Cherry Lane Music, the 3K3 theme was written by Joseph Garrity, Norman Grossfeld & Russell Velazquez. So, I'm guessing the theme in question is the one labeled "SKONA" (probably an acronym). And that, class, is what thinking the shell out of minor details gets ya. ^_^

P.S. - I'm pretty sure what was used for the credits was an alternate arrangement though.

EDIT: Here's their listing for "Fast Forward".

Were the credits shown via the 4Kids stream? When I watched it on TV, it was scrunched to show an ad for Chaotix I believe, and...I'll be honest, my viewing of the Director's Cut had to be via something else (the official stream would never load anything for me; after the 8th time of watching the Planet 51 video game ad I gave up), and they didn't show it where I watched it either.

Yeah, Gyt. They play ~20 seconds of the credits with animated silhouettes and the "whole new shell game", rejected theme song.

Ahh ok. So chances are it still wasn't the full credits then? I would think it would take more than 20 seconds to credit everyone involved on this anyway. I'll have to hope someone does put it up then, or maybe I can get the actual stream to work for me this time. Thanks gobo.

I can assure you it wasn't. They just apparently kept running up against a problem in the encoding process. Technically, there's only 77 minutes of movie. But, they also spliced in a few commercial breaks and another playback error showed up towards the end that stretched it to ~77:40. So, since the stream is exactly 78:00, you get 20 seconds of credits just as an unintentional bonus. All other 4kids video streams have the credits completely omitted.

Ahh, ok. So we're pretty lucky to have seen what we did see then.

And I can honestly say this is like the only time I've been this worked up wanting to see the credits to a movie too. I mean, I always like to watch the credits of a movie at least the first time I'm seeing it, but never has it been like this.

Just went and compared. The song was apparently remade for Turtles Forever rather than refurbished. The music is the same pacing and notes and the lyrics are the same, but the vocals are different. Could just be slightly remixed, but it might be a different vocalist altogether.

I thought he meant this song:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ke5g7kO9Aro
but if he doesn't is there any better quality version for it?

Its a great theme for the ninja turtles, just as good as the one that they made for the TMNT 07 movie.

No, that's an entirely different thread.
