Well, since the last posting in this thread they have released Leatherhead, Baxter and Casey Jones as well as the entire line of 8 Bit Pops.

They seem to pretty "done" with TMNT at this point, at least until the new show (hopefully) sparks some interest again

For mass market, they seem to be done. But as I pointed out, they have done three specialty market releases that all seem to have done relatively well. (Four if you count the Triceraton Dorbz) So they may continue to dip back into the license in that form for as long as their license lasts.
