Most anime has always been bad, even in the 80's-90's through 2000's. Outside a few standout shows and some popular kids shows, most anime has always been either too violent or borderline porn. I seriously don't know how people sit through all those harem anime shows that just have a bunch of girls crush on a guy, have lesbian scenes for fanservice, and most of these shows have creepy incest or underage pairings. Like a 13 year old girl with a 30 year old man....even Sailor Moon has stuff like this, lol.

Saw a question online asking for the details/dialogue of a "serious date" if the responding users were to be on a date with their avatar. Some of it is so funny, esp those that had a pic of an intimate object or whatnot. Might have made a good forum game here if it wasn't for the fact that half the people would be having dates with TMNT characters. (i.e. Yes, Cubed would have to describe having a man date with Shredder. Papenbrook and the boot...) Not bad, might just get old.

edit: Oh dear god, I meant INANIMATE - instead I hit the wrong spell check word after 1am and turned it potentially very very wrong. *cough* Anyhow. Carry on.

Judging by my new avatar, my "date" would probably just mean hauling Ma'riell off to a Starbucks .

almost done with my first ever zelda hero quest.

just felt like it took so long to master the controls on this damned thing, that it felt worth it playing through it a second time in hero mode.

got through much faster, remembered about 95% of the game, only needing to glance at the walk through 4 times. so much more fun to play when it's easier to figure out. zelda games are so massive, i do not want to miss anything the first time around.

Well, then! I'd say prospects for my date with my avatar are looking- very interesting. Would certainly be fun. I'm in!

Though, that would probably require people being more prone to changing their avatars.

I write a lot of posts and think "why bother" and close the window, Many times I get pretty far into the post.

Sometimes I do post the message and instantly regret it.

I've occasionally done that, took time writing a post and then decided I couldn't be bothered with it, or deleted it if I feel it's something that doesn't come across how I want it to. (or if I feel its just a pointless post )

Are you talking the political stuff or generally?

Likewise, sometimes I just decide it's not worth it.

General when it comes to arguments, after going back and forth for a while I just don't care since I already had my say and you won't convince everyone.

It does happen in the current events forum which I try to avoid but sometimes I just have more time and start typing things and go. "nope". But it can be in other places like the Star Wars thread, and even then I get sucked back into the back and forth from time to time.

Not only here, on twitter as well.

Yeah, there's finding that point where you have established where each person is coming from. Obviously more complex topics are harder to have in posts with people you don't know, because of the depth of them, there's room to misinterpret a person without getting their whole view on the matter (sometimes from what I have seen)

Over-exhaustion and Ohio's rolling hills are an awful mix

Memories from long ago that can still make you laugh pretty hard...

Today's episode:
That time as kids when I was talking to my sister in her room (a former den so it had a door on either side) and one of the cats we had at the time came scooting on her butt through one door, scooted right across the room and right back out the other door and kept on going.

Can still see it. Rarely did she ever do it so I doubt there was any actual problem other than just being itchy and deciding to be SUPER random in the moment. lol

I wonder if my current project that is drying right now, will give me a good grade tomorrow.. At least I know that what I have done, does follow the requirements for what my professor has asked for.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.
