UK DVD Release Episode Listing (request)

This might seem a strange request, but I have an avid interest in DVDs, and collect them from all over the world in order to get different edits/versions, etc.
My 2012 DVD collection is mostly the US DVD releases, with some of the UK region 2 releases thrown in at the start of its run. However, I kind of lost track of the foreign releases, and was wondering if someone could please provide a list or a scan of the episodes on the DVDs that would include everything from The Manhattan Project, onwards.
Yes, I did check Amazon, but the UK version doesn't list the episodes. However, I know they are different because, for example, according to the image they use, there are just 14 episodes on the Last Stand/Super Shredder combo set - the US releases have between them. So the UK discs have four missing.

Strange, I have UK DVDs as complete season sets, up to and including season 3. The only reason I don't have season 4 is because it's split up into two volumes for some reason and I prefer complete season sets.
