Neat? I guess? Can't help but to think it's a little lazy to just have it be the Daizyujin with Metalhead replacing the T-Rex.

Seems to me like it would have been better with a combo of, let's say, Fugitoid, a MOUSER and Metalhead? Or if they really want to lean into the Fred Wolf ********, then a combo of the Turtlevan, Blimp, Turtlecycle and then Metalhead.

I don't know, seems like you could be a lot more creative with this concept. (Guess I dig the odd nod to Blatoise though)

Metalhead as the Megazord? I assumed that the zords were unchanged. Interesting nonetheless.

I gotta say, I really dig this Megazord. Perfect combo of TMNT and MMPR in it, love the shell on the back and Metalhead as the head for it.

I finally got caught up on the series over the weekend and this has been a blast for me to read. It actually brought me back to reading as I hadn't really read but a book or two in the last year. I personally think they have done a great job so far with both brands in mixing and matching with it. Green Shredder Ranger is my new favorite thing; he just kills with that look. The turtles look great as rangers. Their interactions with each other has been wonderful to me. From Leo complaining about having a hard time driving the megazord in #4 and Donnie telling him that since he wanted to be red so bad he gotta do it to Mikey shouting out if they get to pick their colors when they realized they were gonna have to morph, this has been a fun read each and every issue.

My inner 90s' kid is freaking out with excitement! Perhaps a lot of tropes and forumlas,but this is really good! TMNT meets the original six and Shredder is badass!

I guess since I've been rereading the IDW comics, it feels kind of weird seeing Metalhead as a hero character and not seeing him attack the turtles.

Something must be coming of it then. They wouldn’t be hinting at it and saying coming soon if something wasn’t in the works.

Could also just be something as simple as the upcoming announcement to the Power Rangers Lightning Collection Turtle Rangers that was leaked.

I'm really liking Dan Mora's art on Detective Comics right now. Especially paired with the colorist.
I've just been flipping pages but haven't read yet.

You didn't drop Detective Comics the moment it was announced that Tamaki was taking it before Tomasi was done?

So we are getting an actual second mini-series? I really thought it was Turtle Rangers figures instead to be announced.
