Like movies and music, video games also had demonstration only/promo copies (Sonic 1 of course had the promo label for most of its main releases as an exception). I'm not sure if this will command a good premium, but this is truly a hard to find variant. I wonder if anyone has seen a demo copy of other TMNT games like cover proofs and figure protoypes do, but I'm sure no more than several thousand were made of this variant, so be sure to look out for these!

Yeah, the Raphael and Michelangelo the guy had went for $51 each. Then the other four Turtles he had all went for around $30. I know because I got all but Leo. I'm surprised the first two went for $50, but the last 4 went for $30.

And I definitely would loved to have gotten the VF+ #1 for that price. I'd love to have a copy of that issue even if it was beat up.
