Well, yeah that would be kind of strange. I can imagine a spin-off or another project featuring some TMNT characters (think The Batman being on at the same time as JLU) but never two seperate shows featuring the exact same characters at the same time. The only time I know of when franchise had two unrelated cartoons on at the same time (that way I mean) was those two sonic cartoons from the 90's.

Yeah me too,

I saw it on Twitter and thought someone leaked the new show from the licence expo. I was a little worried until I saw the website.

I know this is an animated short but I don't know, it has that certain Samurai Jack kind of look to it. I wouldn't be surprised if we get something similar to this in style. I can appreciate certain aspects of it but most of what I see, I'm not fond of. I really hope we get something better visually.

When worlds collide sounds like either the crossover or the Usagi arc but it can't possibly be them since they both are 3 parters.

I think it could be the future arc or the alien arc.
