Oh, man. You’re talking about my childhood here. I loved that show and still do to this day.

I’ll never forget that one scene that made my Dad laugh so hard:

“Let ‘er rip!”

Remember how the middle segment had this ripoff of Hulk, Captain America and Thor with unique characters? As a kid I did not even realize they were a homage/parody, although the purple Hulk clone was obvious.

The Justice Friends!

And Major Glory is actually a combination of Captain America and Superman. He has same the powers as Supes and is even more patriotic than the Captain. Plus Rob Paulsen voiced him.

Well, I mean, it's played for laughs. Their "romance" involves flea picking and other monkey related activities that just look silly. It's not like you are meant to take her affection for Monkey seriously... I think...

Dexter's Lab and the Powerpuff Girls were my favorite cartoon cartoons. I wish that there was a full dvd release for Dexter's Lab. As far as I know it does not exist.

Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo and Ed, Edd & Eddy were the backbone of the Cartoon, Cartoon blocks back in the day.

I actually own the Hip Hop Experiment CD where three of the songs got music videos.

I watched Dexter's Rude Removal. Did they ever air this episode?

Dexter’s kinda scary when he’s power-hungry.

“You dare defy my whims?! I am the Game Master. You are my pawns. I created the world you see before you. I CONTROL YOUR FATE!"

Australia had released a box set called Collected Experiments but I thought I read somewhere that it wasn't the full series (think 2 episodes might have been missing from it, a banned episode and some other episode I can't mind). I might have bought this box set years ago. I have a bunch of DVD box sets in storage boxes in my dad's attic. It might be up there because I don't remember selling it.

I've started watching my Samurai Jack box set recently as well, nearly finished the second season of it. First time watching that show in years.

Justice Friends were hilarious. I hoped they made more shows with them or even made a spin-off. One thing that stands out for me is the Monkey short with Rasslor, voiced by Randy Savage. I taped that sucker and watched it often.

Major Glory: “So, alien, you dare set foot on American soil without a green card? Well, I AM America, mister! Do you really think you can beat America? The speed of America? The strength of America? THE CONSTITUTION OF AMERICA?!”

Rasslor: “Well, here’s my John Hancock!” BAM!

Another thing about Major Glory, according to Rasslor, he has minty fresh breath. That’s hilarious considering that he’s a parody of Captain America, who is said to have really bad breath.

Funny thing about that scene is that's when I noticed the eagle head ornament on Glory's mask matched his demeanor. It stuck out to me so much that every time Justice Friends would air, I would see if the damn thing did it all the time.

“NRFB! NRFB!”

As a kid, I never understood what the big deal was. So what if you took the doll out of the box? That’s what you’re supposed to do.

Now that I’m a geek collector with a better understanding of the value of mint condition, I totally get it.

Yeah still remember "NRFB" and "Dungeon Forest".

Glad the series is finally getting complete DVD release though still hoping for a blu ray.
