[Fan Art] Fan art finds?

Hey, ever found some great fan art out there? This thread is not for pimping your own fan art but rather to showcase art you admire, post the piece with the artist's name above it (if you know who made it of course). I don't know what the standards for what can be shown here are, so please restrain from posting something you think might upset the other users or the moderators.
