Complaining about a lack of Jenny development is waaaay premature. Her change happened right in the middle of a much larger storyline that had to have the main focus. The aftermath of her, along with everything else after the latest arc, is likely to be focused on after issue 100. And she’s getting a mini series on top of that.

the real problem is there are just WAY too many characters and plot threads fighting for panel space. even the Turtles have long since taken the back-seat in their own series. Jenny's relation with Casey felt contrived since the beginning, and it's ending was abrupt and dismissive. i'd say that wouldn't be that big a problem if this series' plot was face paced. but it isn't. the plot drags so badly, it's really hard to invest or care what's even happening.

Actually i'm kinda wondering if frostbite even exists in this universe. What would be entertaining is if sally secretly entered a race with a helmet to hide her face and won epicly. Bet you the job offers might start popping up.

Interesting directions for both Raph and Sally, but again, I am very much not a fan of how on-the-nose the writing is. There's no room for subtlety when literally every character tells you how they feel and what their character arc is.

It looks gorgeous and I appreciate the breezy pace, but I agree with you.

This was good. Sally's gonna end up running things... the Professor X to Old Hob's Magneto.
Bring it.

So there’s no human law inside mutant town? I would assume the EPF would be patrolling the streets or something.

It was mentioned in #100 that the EPF would oversee the project as the wall goes up so I would assume that the EPF perhaps under Ravenwood has some authority.

I took that to mean they just patrol the perimeter wall and capture any stray or escaped mutants outside. Inside Mutant Town, it's every mutant for himself.

Ok, so Sally's tail does confirm she's an actual lion. Maybe I just forgot, maybe they never showed off the tail or maybe they never made it clear, but this is first clear confirmation on her exact species, right? I thought she was like a mountain lion based on her relatively small size.
Edit: Just clarify, lions are huge. The pic below demonstrates that a female lion is way bigger than a human male. Based on that, I figured a mutated lion would be at least the size Bebop is depicted in this series, if not bigger.
